Abstract
It is possible to increase the rigidity of the tunnel reinforcement compared to the existing grid support by installing the concrete reinforcement steel pipe (CFT) structure on the tunnel excavation surface and to improve the workability in tunnel tunnel due to its light weight, In addition, it is possible to reduce the amount of rebound when the shotcrete is placed in the tunnel excavation surface and the space of the back side of the concrete filled steel pipe, and it is possible to reduce the possibility of filling the space very little. Moreover, There is provided a method of constructing a tunnel comprising a steel pipe supporting structure having a concrete filled steel pipe structure capable of improving the vibration resistance and lateral resistance of a tunnel by using a concrete filled steel pipe excellent in energy absorption ability as a steel pipe supporting member .
Description
In general, the construction of the tunnel is based on at least three kinds, such as reinforcement of the tunnel excavation surface, drainage treatment and lining. The construction order of these tunnels is as follows: first, the tunnel excavation surface is reinforced, the next drainage is performed, and finally, the lining is performed.
At this time, the tunnel excavation surface is a place where the upper ground pressure is transmitted as it is, and the upper ground pressure is also supported and reinforced. At this time, the supporting and reinforcing means for the upper ground pressure is usually made of steel reinforcing material, rock bolt and shotcrete.
The steel reinforcement material, rock bolt and shotcrete are called primary support materials in that the upper ground pressure transmitted to the tunnel excavation surface is primarily supported by steel reinforcement, rock bolts and shotcrete. These primary support materials are structural materials supporting the tunnel excavation surface.
Wastewater treatment means waterproofing and non-woven fabrics installed on the primary support material to make them waterproof or inductively drained. The lining is a finishing material or interior material which is the finishing work, unlike the structural material in which the primary support material supports the tunnel excavation surface.
1 is a cross-sectional view showing an inner structure of a tunnel according to a conventional technique.
Referring to FIG. 1, a tunnel construction method according to the related art includes, first, a tunnel is excavated and then a required number of rock bolts (10) and a plurality of rock bolts are installed along the inner wall of the tunnel After the
This shotcrete is sprayed with concrete mortar on the excavation surface immediately after the tunnel excavation, and cooperates with the surface layer of the paper sheet by cooperating with the surface layer of the paper sheet to suppress the development of relaxation inside the paper sheet and to smooth the surface irregularities, And it is also used for stabilization of the excavation surface, reinforcement of the ground, and support for protection. These shotcrete pouring can be carried out by preventing the accident caused by cracks in the rock surface, collapse of the slope of the rockfall, and safe construction by putting the shotcrete on the rock surface or soil layer at a pressure of 7 to 8 bar after adhering to the buried surface. And the air is also shortened.
Next, after the
After the nonwoven fabric 13 is attached along the inner wall of the
After the
As described above, after the
As described above, the tunnel support material should be divided into main support material and auxiliary support material. Here, the main support material is composed of steel reinforcement material, rock bolt, shotcrete, etc., and auxiliary reinforcement material is used as main support material And may be composed of a steel bar, a pressed surface shotcrete, a pushing surface rock bolt, an injection material, a steel pipe, or the like.
Such a main support material is required to determine the specification and spacing of the steel reinforcement material, and at the same time, be integrated with other support materials, especially shotcrete, to effectively exhibit the support function, thereby increasing the rigidity and strength of the main support material.
Such a steel support material may vary in purpose depending on the shape and size of the cross section of the tunnel, the independence of the excavation surface, the magnitude of the ground pressure, and the limit of the surface settlement amount. Generally, such a steel support material exhibits a support function of shotcrete or rock bolt This method can be used when it is necessary to stabilize the excavation surface before it becomes necessary and it can be used when the reaction force supporting point of the auxiliary method such as surface finishing polling is required and it is necessary to increase the rigidity of the support material due to the large earth pressure And can also be used when suppression of ground displacement such as surface settlement is required.
On the other hand, the shape of the steel reinforcement according to the prior art is H type steel support, U type steel support, and lattice girder. Generally, H type (H-100, H-125, H -150) is applied, and for the other tunnel sections, grid support materials are used. 2 (a) and 2 (b) illustrate the types of steel supports used in tunnel construction according to the prior art. FIG. 2 (a) : 30), and Fig. 2 (c) shows the U-shaped
FIG. 3 is a view for explaining the H-type steel support material among the steel reinforcement materials shown in FIG. 2 in detail.
As shown in Fig. 3, the H-
As shown in FIG. 3, the H-type steel support member is disposed so that the back surface of the support member is in contact with the tunnel excavation surface. However, due to the workability of the steel support, And the excavated surface is spaced by 5 to 20 cm. As a result, it is difficult to completely fill the excavated surface and the back surface of the support material with the shotcrete, and accordingly, the ground pressure is not efficiently distributed to the back surface of the steel material support, .
4A to 4C are diagrams for explaining the lattice support material among the steel reinforcement materials shown in Fig. 2, respectively. Fig. 4A shows the structure of the lattice support material, Fig. 4B shows the lattice support material placed before the shotcrete pouring, 4c is a view for explaining the cavities generated in the process of casting the shotcrete into the grid support material.
4A and 4B, the
The greatest advantage of the
4C, in the field survey, the
Specifically, in order to perform the function of the
At this time, since the welded portion between the
The steel used for the

The quality control of grid supports (30) carried out at domestic sites is only for the inspection of shape, size, deformation and damage, and the strength of grid bars and spiders and the performance evaluation of grid supports are not performed.

It is structurally stable such as stiffness, proof and deformation, and has excellent advantages in refractory and construction. In other words, such a CFT structure is a closed end member, and a steel pipe bearing a bending moment is formed on the outer side, and a concrete bearing an axial force is formed on the inner side so that the steel pipe restrains the inner concrete. Further, the concrete prevents the local buckling of the steel pipe The strength and energy absorption capacity of the structure are superior to other structures.

The lining 150 is formed to have sufficient safety and durability for long-term use in consideration of the ground condition around the
In the tunnel having the steel reinforced concrete pipe structure of the concrete filled steel pipe (CFT) structure according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first and second concrete filled
In the case of a tunnel having a steel reinforced concrete pipe structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, since a filled steel pipe is used, The height of the concrete filled steel pipe on the concrete block can be easily controlled by using the height adjusting member of the screw type or screw type.
7 and 8, each of the first concrete filled
The first and
The first and
The
The filling
Meanwhile, the steel-reinforced steel pipe supporting structure according to the embodiment of the present invention has a structure capable of improving deformation performance, rigidity and strength of a member due to mutual restraint effect between the steel pipe and the filler by filling the inside of the steel pipe with concrete material Member. That is, the concrete filler plays a role of suppressing the rapid local buckling deformation of the steel pipe. At this time, the steel pipe plays a complementary role among the materials such as improving the material strength through the confinement effect on the filler material .
Therefore, when the concrete constrained by the steel pipe receives the axial axial force, the inner concrete is restrained by the outer steel pipe due to the volumetric purity caused by the debris, so that the three-axis compressive stress state can be obtained and the compressive strength can be increased. In addition, since the concrete is prevented from falling off due to the rock mass, there is no defect in the section, and the strength reduction is reduced.
The performance of the steel reinforcing steel pipe of the concrete filled steel pipe structure according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown in Table 4 as compared with the H type steel pipe supporting member and the grid supporting member according to the prior art.
Meanwhile, the steel reinforcing material of the concrete filled steel pipe structure according to the embodiment of the present invention can be made lighter in order to improve the workability, and the supporting ability can be improved by improving the stiffness.
In addition, the steel reinforcing material of the concrete filled steel pipe structure according to the embodiment of the present invention can simplify the cross-sectional shape to minimize the rebound amount, and can apply a uniform cross-section for effective quality control of the support material.
For example, the unit weight of the steel-reinforced steel pipe structure of the concrete-filled steel pipe structure according to the embodiment of the present invention and the grid-supporting material according to the conventional art are shown in Table 5 below, By reducing the weight of the steel pipe support of the filled steel pipe structure to, for example, about 70.6 kg at the time of installing the upper portion support material once, the workability can be remarkably improved and the initial support time can be shortened.
In addition, the mechanical properties of the CFT structure steel support according to the present invention and the conventional lattice support according to the present invention are as shown in Table 6 below.
