As materials composed of carbon atoms, fullerene, carbon nanotube, graphene, graphite and the like exist. Among them, graphene is a structure in which carbon atoms are composed of one layer on a two-dimensional plane.
In particular, graphene is not only very stable and excellent in electrical, mechanical and chemical properties, but it is also a good conductive material that can move electrons much faster than silicon and can carry much larger currents than copper, It has been proved through experiments that a method of separation has been discovered.
Such graphene can be formed in a large area and has electrical, mechanical and chemical stability as well as excellent conductivity, and thus is attracting attention as a basic material for electronic circuits.
In addition, since graphenes generally have electrical characteristics that vary depending on the crystal orientation of graphene of a given thickness, the user can express the electrical characteristics in the selected direction and thus design the device easily. Therefore, graphene can be effectively used for carbon-based electric or electromagnetic devices.

Graphene oxide refers to a state in which carbon particles are oxidized by an acid. Such graphene grains are usually produced by oxidizing graphite with a strong acid such as sulfuric acid. In some cases, a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide can be used for oxidation.
Graphite has a plate-like structure. When a strong acid is added to such graphite, it is oxidized. Graphene oxide is a state in which oxidized graphite is chemically produced in a small particle state.
Such oxidized graphenes can be applied to various industries as such, and various applications are currently being tried. In addition, such oxidized graphene can be reduced to obtain graphene powder, and such graphene powder can be used for various production. Thus, the method of producing graphene using oxidation and reduction is suitable for mass production.
For the production of the graphene oxide powder, as shown in Fig. 1, a graphene oxide solution is first prepared (S10). Such a graphene graphene solution can be prepared in a state where the graphene graphene is dispersed by a solvent or a dispersing agent.
Next, this graphene oxide solution is sprayed (S20). A spraying method using ultrasonic waves can be used for such a spraying process. That is, the graphene oxide solution can be sprayed using an ultrasonic generator such as an ultrasonic vibrator.
The process of spraying the oxidized graphene solution using such an ultrasonic generator can be integrated with the process for obtaining the oxidized graphene.
As described above, the graphene grains can be obtained by forming fine grains by peeling off the graphite in the oxidized state, and in the process of peeling the graphite, an ultrasonic wave process using the ultrasonic generator can be performed.
Such an ultrasonic treatment can proceed with the graphite oxide being immersed in the solvent. Thus, the graphite oxide can be peeled off using the ultrasonic generator in this process to obtain the oxidized graphene solution.
Then, the graphene oxide solution obtained in such a process can be sprayed again using an ultrasonic generator to make it into a mist-like state as particles of a fine oxidized graphene solution.
Therefore, the same ultrasonic generator can be used to produce the oxidized graphene solution and spray the oxidized graphene solution.
Thereafter, the sprayed graphene graphene solution is dried (S30). That is, the fine particles of the sprayed graphene grains can be dried as they are.
As described above, the step of spraying the graphene oxide solution (S20) and the step of drying the sprayed graphene solution (S30) may be continuously performed.
Such drying of the sprayed graphene graphene solution may include heating or condensing, i.e., a method of thermal drying or lyophilization may be used.
By the above process, the graphene oxide particles are left in the state where the particles of the fine solvent are evaporated or frozen.
Next, a process (S40) of storing the graphene oxide grains in a dust collector or a drying tank is performed. At this time, an additional drying process can be performed in the drying tank. At this time, the drying tank may be a freeze dryer.
The manufacturing process of the graphene oxide grains can simplify the manufacturing process of the graphene oxide grains by using the ultrasonic wave process for obtaining the oxidized graphene solution together with the drying process of the oxidized graphene solution, To prepare a graphene oxide powder.
In addition, such a manufacturing method can prevent agglomeration of the oxidized graphene during the drying process.
Further, such a manufacturing process can be continuously performed in one duct 200 (see FIG. 2).
That is, the manufacturing process of the oxidized graphene powder can be more efficiently performed by using the manufacturing apparatus as shown in FIG. Hereinafter, the process for producing the oxidized graphene powder using the present manufacturing apparatus will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
