Description
The present invention relates to a window assembly, and more particularly, to a window assembly that prevents thermal conduction between a wall positioned on an indoor side and a wall positioned on an outdoor side while preventing thermal insulation from being exposed to the outside of a window frame constituting a window assembly, In addition, the present invention relates to a new type of highly efficient heat insulating window assembly and a method of manufacturing the same.
Generally, a window structure is a structure including a window frame assembly embedded in an open formed portion of a building wall surface, and a window assembly slidably installed on the window frame assembly to selectively open and close an opening portion of the window frame assembly.
Among the window structures, the window assembly includes a window and a window frame on which the window is mounted. The window assembly is slidably installed on the window frame assembly to selectively open or close the indoor and the outdoor.
On the other hand, the window structure is formed of various materials depending on the application site or application, and generally aluminum or polyamide material is mainly used.
However, the window structure made of the aluminum material has various advantages in terms of weight, corrosion, manufacture and construction, and has a disadvantage of heat insulation due to the excellent heat conduction and easy heat conduction to the room.
Therefore, conventionally, the heat insulating property is improved by joining or attaching the heat insulating material to the outer wall of the window frame made of aluminum, as disclosed in the registration patent document No. 10-0510392.
However, in the case of a window frame constructed by further joining or adhering the above-mentioned heat insulating material, there is a concern that its assembling ability is difficult and it may be easily removed during use.
Further, although aluminum gives its own metallic aesthetic sense, since it is configured to enclose a part of the window frame made of aluminum as the above-mentioned heat insulating material, the metallic aesthetic sense can not be given, There is a fear that it will be caused.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a window assembly which is capable of preventing a heat insulating material from being exposed to the outside of a window frame, And a method of manufacturing the same. The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a high-efficiency, heat-insulating window assembly according to a novel aspect of the present invention, which is capable of preventing thermal conduction between adjacent wall surfaces.
In order to accomplish the above object, according to the high efficiency heat insulating window assembly of the present invention, an outdoor side frame portion located on the outdoor side, an indoor side frame portion located on the indoor side, and an outdoor side frame portion connecting the outdoor side frame portion and the indoor side frame portion At least one of the outdoor side frame portion and the indoor side frame portion has a double-walled structure having a filling space therein, the window assembly including a window frame including a connection frame portion and a window mounted to the window frame, The filling space of the frame portion formed with the double wall structure is filled with a heat insulating material, and a cut portion formed by cutting the corresponding portion is formed in a part of the frame portion formed by the double wall structure.
The indoor side frame portion is formed as a double wall structure having an inner wall portion opposed to the outdoor side frame portion and an outer wall portion spaced apart from the inner wall portion and a space for filling the heat insulating material is formed between the inner side frame portion and the outdoor side frame portion, And an anti-separation protruding portion protruding from the inner wall portion and the outer wall portion of the inner side frame portion to prevent the heat insulating material from being separated.
In addition, the detachment preventing protrusion may be formed to have a cross-sectional shape that gradually expands in a protruding direction.
In addition, the cut-out portion is formed on at least two or more portions.
In addition, each of the cut-out portions is formed at a non-exposed portion that is not exposed to the room or the outdoors.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a high-efficiency, heat-insulating window assembly, the method comprising: molding an outer frame part, an inner frame part and a connecting frame part by extrusion or drawing, step; A heat insulating material filling step of filling the heat insulating material in the filling space between the inner wall part and the outer wall part constituting the indoor side frame part; And a cut-out portion forming step of forming a cut-out portion by partially cutting off at least two non-exposed portions of the indoor side frame portion which are not exposed to the room.
As described above, according to the present invention, at least one of the outdoor side frame portion and the indoor side frame portion constituting the window frame is formed into a double wall structure filled with a heat insulating material, It is possible to provide an aesthetic sensation to the user and to improve the heat insulating property.
Particularly, despite the provision of the heat insulating material, the disadvantage of lowering the heat insulating property due to heat conduction along the surface of each frame part can be solved through additional formation of the cutout part, thereby achieving high efficiency heat insulating property.
Further, in the high efficiency heat insulating window assembly of the present invention and the method of manufacturing the same, there is a fear that the windows are separated from each other due to the incision formed in a part of the window frame. However, So that the reliability of the product can be improved.

Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion " A " FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion "B" in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion "C" in FIG. 3 .
As shown in these drawings, a high efficiency heat
Here, the
In addition, the
In the embodiment of the present invention, the
The
First, the outdoor
The outdoor
The indoor
Particularly, the interior
The
A plurality of
2 and 4, the
In addition, each of the
The
In other words, if the space in the indoor
Particularly, the above-mentioned
Next, the
One end of the
Next, the cut-out
Considering that heat conduction can be performed along the surface of the indoor
The
The
Particularly, each
Meanwhile, the outdoor
Of course, the inner wall portion and the outer wall portion of the indoor side frame portion may be manufactured separately, and the heat insulating material may be separately manufactured and then bonded or adhered to each other. However, It is most preferable to manufacture it in the same manner as the embodiment of the present invention described above.
Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing a highly efficient heat insulating window assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail.
First, the outdoor
Each of the
At this time, the outdoor
When the molding of the
Then, when the filling process of the
At this time, the
Particularly, even if the
As described above, the manufacture of the
Particularly, considering that the
Meanwhile, the structure of the
That is, not only can it be applied to a sliding window assembly of a tripod structure, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, but also to one side of the
In addition, the high efficiency heat insulating window assembly of the present invention can form the outdoor
As a result, the high-efficiency, heat-insulating window assembly and the method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention can be realized by providing at least one
Particularly, despite the provision of the
In the high efficiency heat insulating window assembly and the method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention, there is a fear that the
