On the
On the other surface of the
On the other surface of the
On the other hand, in the film for attaching a window according to the present invention, a Pearlescent Pigment (Effect Pigment) capable of exhibiting various gloss effects is mixed with the
The pearl pigment has a form in which a metal oxide is coated on a plate-like fine particle called a flake. Flake has been developed as synthetic mica, alumina (Al 2 O 3 ), silica (SiO 2 ), and glass (borosilicate) since natural mica has begun to be used. These flakes basically have transparency to light, but in particular glass flakes provide the best transparency. Therefore, it is preferable to use a pearl pigment made of glass flake for a film to be adhered to a window for which visibility is important as in a vehicle.
As the metal oxide to be coated on the flake described above, titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) having a high refractive index is usually used. The color of the light reflected from the pearl pigment is determined by the thickness of the coated metal oxide. Therefore, the user can obtain the desired color effect by adjusting the thickness of the metal oxide.
The size of the flake particle possessed by the pearl pigment affects the visual effect externally. That is, the smaller the particle size, the more soft texture and subtlety effect, while the larger the particle size, the stronger the rough texture and sparkle effect. The user can use a pearl pigment having an appropriate particle size according to the desired effect. However, if the particle size is too large, the surface integrity of the
Further, the amount of the pearl pigment added to the
On the other surface of the
The film for attaching a window pane according to the present invention is used by being attached to the inside of a vehicle or building glass window so that the
1, the light L incident from the outside passes through the adhesive layer in which the pearl pigment is mixed, and a portion L r1 is reflected to the outside again, and a portion L r2 is incident inside. The light L r2 incident into the room is blocked by passing through the second base film, so that the strength is weakened and the shiny gloss of the pearl pigment is significantly reduced. The externally observed light L r1 is normally observed through a clear window of glass, and since there is no element to block it, the shiny gloss of the pearlescent pigment is largely transferred.
In the case of using the film for window-attaching according to the present invention, in order to ensure visibility in the room, it is preferable that most of the shiny gloss of the pearlescent pigment is cut off from the
