내부가 중공 된 원통 형상으로 형성되되 양단은 폐쇄되고 외주면에는 내, 외부가 연통되도록 다수의 관통부가 길이방향으로 방사상으로 형성되며 그 일단이 생수병 뚜껑의 내저면 링돌기 내에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 본체;
상기 본체의 내부에 위치되며 생수병에 충전된 물에 의해 우러나는 티백내용물;
상기 생수병에 충전된 물은 상기 본체 내외로 유동되고 상기 티백내용물은 상기 관통부를 통해 상기 생수병 내부로 빠져나오지 않도록 상기 관통부에 밀실하게 덧대어져 구비되는 필터부재; 및
상기 본체의 일단과 상기 생수병 뚜껑의 내저면 링돌기에 구비되어 상기 본체의 일단이 상기 생수병 뚜껑의 내저면 링돌기 내에 탈착 가능하게 억지끼움되도록 하는 결합수단;을 포함하고,
상기 본체의 타단은 상기 본체와 나사결합 가능한 마개에 의해 개폐 가능하게 폐쇄되거나, 상기 본체에 초음파 접착되는 합성수지필름에 의해 폐쇄되며,
상기 본체의 상단 중앙에는 상기 본체가 상기 생수병 뚜껑으로부터 무단 이탈될 시에 상기 생수병 내부로 이동되지 않도록 이탈방지끈이 구비되고, 상기 이탈방지끈은 상기 생수병 뚜껑이 생수병과 결합 될 시에 상기 생수병의 외부에 위치되며, 외부에 위치하는 상기 이탈방지끈의 끝 단부에는 원형의 고리가 형성되고,
상기 마개의 상단에 위치한 상기 본체의 하단에는 상기 티백내용물의 내용물이 우러난 물과 비교함으로써 상기 티백내용물의 우러난 정도를 확인할 수 있도록 싱거운 맛에 해당되는 색깔, 보통 맛에 해당되는 색깔, 진한 맛에 해당되는 색깔에 대응되는 3단계의 색깔이 표시된 표시부재가 부착되며,
상기 결합수단은,
상기 생수병 뚜껑의 내저면 링돌기에 형성되는 결합홈; 및
