Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pipe structure having a corrosion preventive function provided with a corrosion preventing tube for preventing corrosion caused by seawater in the inside, and a manufacturing method thereof.
For the exploration of seabed resources or the extraction of crude oil or gas from seabed wells, floating production storage facilities (FPSO), semi-submersible platforms, etc. For the transportation of mined resources from the sea floor, And a riser connected to the main body.
The riser is provided in the form of a cylindrical tube by steel and extends from the floating structure to the bottom of the seabed so that the length of the riser becomes longer as the depth of water increases. On the outside of the riser, a riser guide tube (RGT) with a larger diameter than the riser and made of steel can be installed to protect the riser. The space between the riser guide and the outer surface of the riser is filled with seawater.
Pipes installed on the sea floor, such as risers and risers, are highly corrosive due to sea water exposure. Particularly, the riser guide tube is filled with the congested seawater therein, and the temperature of the seawater stagnated by the fluid flowing in the riser rises, so that corrosion is likely to occur on the inner surface. When the crude oil is extracted, the temperature of the riser rises up to 130 degrees, so that the temperature of the sea water filled inside the riser guide pipe on the outside rises. When the sea water temperature rises, the inner surface of the riser guide pipe is more likely to corrode.
For this reason, conventionally, measures have been taken to prevent internal corrosion of the riser guide pipe. For example, a seat made of a refractory material such as stainless steel or inconel may be attached to the inner surface of the riser guide tube by a cladding method, or an inner material may be applied to the inner surface of the riser guide tube by an overlay welding method . However, these methods are difficult to maintain the quality of the riser guide tube uniformly because the manufacturing process is complicated and difficult, resulting in an excessive manufacturing cost and easy generation of defects in the manufacturing process.

FIG. 1 shows a submarine resource mining system to which a pipe structure having a corrosion-preventing function according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. As shown in the drawing, a facility for mining crude oil or gas buried in the sea floor includes a
2 and 3 show a state in which the pipe structure having the corrosion-preventing function according to the present embodiment is installed outside the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
The corrosion
Two
The
When the
As shown in FIG. 3, the corrosion-
The connecting
2, the corrosion-
Since the
Next, a method of manufacturing the pipe structure according to the present embodiment will be described.
Referring to FIG. 4, when manufacturing a pipe structure having an anti-corrosion function on the inner surface, first, the
The corrosion
5, after the
After the
As described above, the pipe structure according to the present embodiment has a structure in which the
In addition, the pipe structure according to the embodiment of the present invention can improve the corrosion prevention effect on the inner surface because the vapor-permeable rustproofing agent is filled in the
