Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a wire covering apparatus for soldering, and more particularly, it relates to a wire covering apparatus for brazing, in which a core wire is continuously discharged from an electric wire by a cutting section only by a soldering process, and a core wire drawn to an outlet is soldered The present invention relates to an electric wire sheath removing device for soldering which can prevent a case where an image is adhered to a hand by performing a soldering operation in close contact.
Generally, in the process of soldering a wire to a circuit board, first remove the cloth from the wire by using a nipper or the like, then grasp the core wire separated from the wire with one hand, and attach the core wire to the solder while the other hand is holding the soldering iron Process. The uncomfortable point is to attach the core wire to the first solder and then to attach the core wire to the solder after pulling the core wire tightly and orienting it. At the soldering point, the core wire is pressed with the hand, The solder must be soldered while melting the lead, so that there is a problem that the hand holding the core wire is burned. Although the fingers or gloves on the fingers holding the core wires can be soldered, the volume of the fingers pressed on the core wires is increased. However, the solder portions are so small that the soldering operation becomes difficult. In addition to the hand holding the core wire and the hand holding the flat head screw, there is not enough one hand to hold the flat head screwdriver. Normally, the operator presses the core wire with the fingernail and performs the soldering work. There was a problem that occured. In addition, although a very long core wire is required to perform the soldering work, there is a disadvantage that it is necessary to peel off the cover with a nipper or the like which performs the soldering work because the length of removing the cover with the nipper or the like is limited.
Registration No. 20-0154164 relates to an electric wire covering remover, but this is merely a device for separating electric wire covering. As described above, there is a problem in that a covered wire can not function to closely contact the soldering portion at the soldering portion.

First, it is desired to allow the core wire to be unloaded from the wire with a clip having a cutting groove formed therein without requiring a nipper or the like.
Second, it is desired that the core wire is continuously discharged while the sheath is cut by the cutting portion by itself in the process of soldering work.
Third, it is intended to prevent a case where an image or the like is applied to the hand by gripping the body portion and bringing the core wire drawn out to the outflow port into close contact with the solder to perform the soldering work.
Fourth, we want to make it easy to replace dull blade after prolonged use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an apparatus for removing a wire sheath for soldering according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to Figs. 1 to 6, there is shown an
The apparatus for removing
Referring to FIGS. 2 and 5, the
The
The
3 to 4, the

2 to 3, a
6, the process of performing the soldering work on the
Generally, in the soldering work, the core wire is pulled tightly while the core wire fixed to the solder is moved to the solder at the other position, and the core wire pulled tightly is brought into close contact with the solder to perform the soldering work. Was very inconvenient to perform. In addition, although a very long core wire is required to perform the soldering work, there is a disadvantage that it is necessary to peel off the cover with a nipper or the like which performs the soldering work because the length of removing the cover with the nipper or the like is limited.
1 and 6, the wire
