Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an ultra-thin thermal diffusion sheet and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an ultra-thin thermal diffusion sheet for use in various electric and electronic products and a heat radiation sheet for thermal diffusion of a solar generator and a method of manufacturing the same.
Recently, a variety of electric and electronic products such as a TV, a notebook computer, a smart phone, and a solar power generator and a solar power generator have been developed in terms of high performance, miniaturization, slimness, curvature and amorphous, And the amount of heat generated is increasing. Also, LED application products including LED lamps are also required to have a technique of efficiently diffusing or emitting heat because of a large amount of heat.
Accordingly, a thermal diffusion sheet or a heat-radiating sheet is applied to various electrical and electronic products for protecting the product through diffusion or release of heat.
The conventional thermal diffusion sheet or heat-radiating sheet used for this purpose is produced by mixing titanium dioxide as a plasticizer and IPA as a solvent to expandable graphite, plasticizing it, rolling and laminating it with an adhesive sheet.
However, since the thermal diffusion sheet or the heat-radiating sheet manufactured by the above-described conventional manufacturing method uses a strong acid such as sulfuric acid for producing expanded graphite, the process is dangerous and impurities remain. To soften the titanium dioxide, So that the conductivity is reduced.
In addition, it is necessary to carry out processes such as acid treatment, drying, reduction, purification, drying, plasticizer addition, solvent addition, rolling, drying and sheet laminating in order. It is difficult to manufacture a super thin film sheet due to Brittleness, and there is a problem that the product is easily broken even in small refraction.
In addition, conventionally, a method of mixing and coating with a resin solution may be used. However, there is a problem that conductivity is remarkably reduced by an insulating resin.
