Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heating chair using a carbon fiber heating element, and more particularly, to a heating chair using a carbon fiber heating element, and more particularly, to a heating chair using a carbon fiber heating element, The present invention relates to a heating chair using a carbon fiber heating element capable of reducing power waste due to heat loss.
Generally, conventional electric heaters use 220V or 110V in the home, and resistive wires such as copper wire or nichrome wire are arranged and fixed in a zigzag as a heating element, and heat generated by flowing electric current is used.
However, the electric heater according to the above-described prior art can be manufactured only in the form of a long plate because of a structural problem, and it is difficult to manufacture the electric heater in a specific form for special use. In addition, in the conventional electric heater, resistance wire such as copper wire or nichrome wire is liable to be broken when used for a long period of time. To repair the electric heater, it is inconvenient to disassemble the product and reconnect or replace the disconnected part.
In addition, an electric heater using a resistance wire such as a copper wire or a nichrome wire according to the related art may cause a fire or an image problem due to overheating, and also has a problem that a human body is adversely affected by the generation of electromagnetic waves.
On the other hand, a heater using carbon fiber has been developed and used to solve the problems of the prior art. Since the heater using such a carbon fiber has a smaller heat capacity than that of a heater using a metal heating element and has excellent rising and falling temperature characteristics and also has excellent durability at high temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, And so on.
The carbon (carbon) constituting the above-mentioned carbon fiber is mainly composed of an inorganic or organic graphite structure. Examples of the carbon fiber include a carbon fiber made of yarn, a powder made of powder, a carbon felt made of cotton and a solidified carbon rod It can be divided into two. Such carbon is stronger than iron and lighter than aluminum because of its high elasticity and strength.
The carbon fiber, which is one type of carbon as described above, is classified into a polyacrylonitrile (PAN), a pitch and a rayon based on the raw materials, and most of the PAN and rayon are included.
Among the above-mentioned carbon fibers, PAN-based carbon fibers are produced by firing PAN at a temperature of 1,000 to 2,000 DEG C or higher under inert gas. On the other hand, in the case of the pitch system, the pitch from the coal is converted to fibrous material, and then the process is completed through almost the same process as that of the PAN system. However, since it is low in comparison with the PAN system, it is widely used as a thermal insulation material or a reinforcing material.
On the other hand, the conventional surface heating element using carbon fiber has a problem that since the carbon fiber heating wire is directly woven on the fabric, there is a problem that the heat generating effect is not largely exhibited, and there is a risk of fire.
In addition, there is a problem that disconnection of the carbon fiber can easily occur in the planar heating element using the carbon fiber according to the related art as described above.
In addition, the heating element using the carbon fiber as described above has many difficulties in applying to a chair such as a stoppage or a park.
The present invention has been conceived in order to solve all the problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a structure in which an insulating air layer having a floating structure is formed between a heating plate and a conductive cover plate covering an upper portion of a heating plate through a planar or linear carbon- And to provide a heating chair using a carbon fiber heating element capable of reducing loss.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a structure in which a heat insulating layer is formed between a heating plate and a conductive lid plate covering an upper portion of a heating plate through a planar or linear carbon fiber heating body, In order to reduce the cost of the system.

In addition, in the structure according to the present invention as described above, the insulating air layer may be sealed by the finishing silicone to elastically support the conductive cover plate through the air cushion function.
Meanwhile, in the structure according to the present invention, the conductive cover plate may have a structure in which a bending line of a predetermined length is formed at the center in the longitudinal direction, but is formed downward from both sides of the bending line to form a structure between the conductive cover plate and the heating plate.
In the configuration of the present invention as described above, a diagonal bending line formed from each corner of the conductive cover plate to the bent line end may be further formed.
When the load of the user is applied to the upper portion of the conductive lid plate in the structure of the present invention as described above, when the lower surface of the conductive lid plate is in surface contact with the heat generating plate, And can be restored by the air cushion function of the heat insulating air layer.
In addition, in the configuration according to the present invention, when the load of the user is loaded on the conductive lid plate, the conductive lid plate is brought into surface contact with the heat generating plate to heat the conductive lid plate by heat conduction.
According to the technology of the present invention, the heat loss can be reduced through the structure in which the heat insulating plate and the conductive lid plate covering the upper portion of the heat generating plate are formed through the surface or linear carbon fiber heating body and the heat insulating air layer is formed.

The operation of the
Thus, when the air of the
When the user sits on the
As described above, when the user sitting on the
In the
Each component constituting the
The
Next, the
The
Next, the carbon
The carbon
On the other hand, as described above, the bundle of carbon
The carbon fiber constituting the carbon
The above-mentioned carbon fiber is a reinforcing fiber that is most widely used for producing a composite material because of high strength fiber using a crystal structure of carbon atoms. PAN-based carbon fiber and pitch-based carbon fiber are classified according to precursor of carbon fiber before production, and PAN-based carbon fiber is mainly used.
Among the carbon fibers described above, the Pan-based carbon fibers have an incomplete crystal of graphite but are arranged in the axial direction of the fiber. The diameter of the fiber is 5 to 10 mu, and is usually comprised of several thousands to tens of thousands of bundles. In addition, the carbon fiber is soft and black, yet has a metallic luster. Polyacrylonitrile fibers (fibers used in yarn and blankets, usually called acrylic fibers) are made by squeezing.
Pitch-based carbon fiber is a high boiling point component that is a by-product of the petrochemical industry and the kallal industry. When the pitch stream is heated in an inert gas phase, the liquid crystal state is exhibited at 350 to 500 DEG C and then solidified to become so-called coke. The pitch type indicating the liquid crystal state is a mixture of condensed polycyclic aromatic polycyclic aromatic molecules. When the pitch fiber obtained by melt spinning is heated in an oxidizing atmosphere, it becomes insoluble fiber called oxidized fiber.
Insoluble fibers changed into oxidized fibers as described above are heated in an inert gas phase to a suitable temperature of 1000 캜 or higher to produce carbon fibers. Since the aromatic molecules are arranged in layers in the liquid crystal state, when they are radiated, the aromatic molecules are arranged in parallel in the fiber axis direction, and when carbonized, the carbon six-membered ring surface becomes a highly oriented high-performance carbon fiber.
On the other hand, the carbon
The
On the other hand, the material of the
As described above, the
In the above-described configuration, the heat insulating
Meanwhile, the
As described above, according to the present invention, since the
Accordingly, when the load of the user is applied to the
The
Accordingly, as described above, the
The finishing
In other words, the above-described

As described above, the
