아래 표 2에서는 상기 과정을 통해 제조된 실험구와, 일반 유연화장수로 이루어진 비교구의 관능검사 결과를 비교하였다. 본 검사를 위해 실험구와 비교구의 유연화장수를 양손에 각각 동량으로 도포하여 30일간 사용 후 그 효과를 평가하였다.

두메부춧잎과 정제수를 1:10의 중량비로 혼합하여 95~110℃에서 10~12시간 가열해 두메부추 추출액을 수득하는 추출단계(S10);와, 두메부추 추출액을 여과 후 진공농축기를 이용하여 50∼60℃의 온도에서 70~75중량%로 농축시키는 진공농축단계(S20);와, 상기 농축액을 20~25℃의 상온에서 2~4일간 숙성하는 숙성단계(S30);와, 숙성된 두메부추 농축액을 분무 건조에 의해 함수량이 5% 이내의 두메부추 농축 분말을 획득하는 분무건조단계(S40); 상기 두메부추 농축 분말을 1~20중량% 함유하는 미용재료를 제조하는 완성단계(S50);로 구성되는 미용재료의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 추출단계(S10)에서는 두메부춧잎을 증류기에 투입한 후 30~60분 동안 증류 실시하여 두메부춧잎에 함유된 정유성분의 휘발과정을 거치게 한 다음 정유를 휘발한 해당 두메부춧잎을 1~2일간 자연 건조시키는 것을 더 포함하고, 상기 분무건조단계(S40)에서는 농축 분말의 입경이 100~500메쉬로 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두메부추를 이용한 미용재료의 제조방법.
