Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plasma electrode, and more particularly, to a plasma electrode capable of easily expanding a plasma effective area.
Plasma can be generated by discharging in an artificial way. Depending on the discharge type and characteristics, various plasmas can be generated. Depending on the pressure conditions, there are vacuum and atmospheric plasmas. Depending on the type of the power supply, DC, AC, RF, (Microwave). Also, it is classified into high temperature and low temperature plasma based on gas temperature of about 1,000K. Plasma with high gas and electron temperature, such as arc, is classified as high temperature plasma, and gas temperature as low as glow discharge, but electron temperature is high as low temperature plasma. Plasma is mainly used for gas treatment and fuel reforming because it generates ions (Ion), radicals (Radical), excited molecules and the like and enables very rapid chemical reaction. In recent years, a technique has been developed to control the flow through collision between accelerated plasma particles and gas, and efforts are being actively made to use plasma for boundary layer control and surface friction reduction.
A dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma, on the other hand, has one or more dielectrics between two parallel electrodes, so that a corona discharge is transferred to a spark or an arc discharge Which causes a discharge such as a filament glow, which is a discharge in which physical properties of the plasma are changed depending on the gap distance, the type of the used gas, and the magnitude of the electric field applied at a flow rate. This DBD plasma is a representative atmospheric pressure nonequilibrium plasma, and is applied to the environmental field such as the surface treatment such as hydrophilization, cleaning and oxide film deposition, sterilization and removal of pollutants.
(Gas-permeable plasma electrode, method for production of the gas-permeable plasma electrode, and a parallel-plate reactor)", 한국 등록특허 제10-0541867호 "상압 플라스마 발생용 전극 제조 방법 및 전극 구조와 이를 이용한 상압 플라즈마 발생장치" 등 많은 특허 문헌들에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다.The technology of the plasma electrode is described in U.S. Patent No. 8,080,125 entitled " Gas-Passable Plasma Electrode and Method of Production, Gas-Permeable Plasma Electrode, and Gas-Permeable Plasma Electrode, Korean Patent No. 10-0541867 entitled " Method for Manufacturing Atmospheric Plasma Generating Electrodes and Electrode Structure and Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Generating Apparatus Using the Same "
