Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an adhesive film for use in the production of footwear, and more particularly, to a process for producing a shoe comprising a sole, a midsole, The present invention relates to a composition for an adhesive film which is environmentally friendly and which can reduce the number of workers, without requiring any separate adhesive facilities and cleaning facilities as well as not using the process.
As well known, shoes are worn to protect the foot area of the human body and are manufactured and sold in various forms and types, but usually include an upper which covers and protects the foot and ankle region, And a shoe sole for improving the planarity by increasing the frictional force with the ground and mitigating the impact applied to the sole when walking.
The shoe sole is generally made of an insole which is an insole for a shoe, a midsole made of a rubber, a foamed resin or a sponge material having excellent buffering power for resiliently dispersing and supporting the load of the human body during walking, And an outsole attached to a bottom surface of the midsole to be made of a rubber material so as to impart frictional force during walking. In this way, the sole, middle, and upper are separately manufactured and combined with the cleaning process, the primer process, and the adhesive process.
On the other hand, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0978284 discloses a method for manufacturing a sole comprising a sole, a midsole and an upper sole. Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing shoes disclosed in the above-mentioned prior application will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, in the outsole manufacturing process, the rubber sheet is introduced into the metal mold for forming the sole, and the rubber is pressed at high temperature and high pressure to form the sole, and then the area of adhesion with the midsole is increased A buffing process is performed to rough the surface of the sole, and then the formed sole is washed with an aqueous alkaline detergent (
Thereafter, an aqueous or oily primer containing acetone is applied to the surface of the sole that has undergone the cleaning process so that the adhesive can be smoothly applied, and then dried, followed by applying an adhesive, The sole manufacturing process for manufacturing is completed.
Next, the process of manufacturing the midsole is performed by injecting a raw material (usually EVA) into a press pylon mold or a compressed molded pylon (CMP) mold for molding a midsole, Pre Foam) is foam-molded, and then the molded core is put into a separate pylon mold to complete the shape of the pylon core secondarily. In this case, the molding process of the middle is generally made of three or two steps. Specifically, the molding process is performed by blow molding a biscuit-shaped EVA by about 190% larger than the actual size of the midsole and then forcing it into the pier mold And then press-formed again to mold into an actual-sized midsole.
Thereafter, the duo is washed with water at 40 to 60 DEG C for 5 to 10 minutes using a washing machine. Next, in order to smooth adhesion between the sole and the midsole and between the midsole and the upper sole, the midsole is coated with a UV primer and UV-modified to modify the adhesive surface. Then, after applying an aqueous primer and an adhesive to the surface of the midsole, the drying process is performed to complete the midsole making process for manufacturing the shoe.
Next, the process of fabricating the upper is performed by cutting fabric or leather and then washing it with methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) so that adhesion between the upper and the middle can be smoothly performed, , Drying it again, then applying an adhesive, and then performing a drying process, the upper fabrication process for manufacturing the shoe is completed.
In the state that the outsole, the middle and the upper are respectively manufactured by the above process, the sole and the middle are laminated in a separate molding die, and a certain heat and pressure is applied to the sole and the middle, So that the shoe sole is made.
Thereafter, when the process of bonding the sole and the midsole (hereinafter, referred to as "sole") is completed, the process of joining the sole and the upper sole that applies a certain heat and pressure in a state in which the sole and upper are laminated to the forming die The process of manufacturing shoes is completed.
However, the conventional shoe manufacturing method having the above-described processes has many problems as follows.
First, as seen from the above, in manufacturing the sole, middle and upper, many environmental obstacles, consuming a lot of raw materials, and a lot of processes are required, resulting in a decrease in productivity and a rise in cost.
As an example of such a case, when the buffing process for roughening the surface of the sole is performed in order to increase the adhesion area with the midsole in the process of manufacturing the sole, there is a disadvantage that rubber dust, which is harmful to the human body, . In addition, in order to remove the foreign substances on the sole, it is necessary to use an aqueous alkaline detergent (or water and a water cleansing agent) by using a separate washing machine in the prior art. As a result, There is a problem that an increase in the number of processes and a lot of manpower are required.
Secondly, such problems are the same disadvantages that occur when manufacturing a midsole.
Thirdly, UV primer, UV irradiation, and a process of applying primer containing acetone and a process of applying an adhesive are additionally required so that adhesion can be smoothly performed in the process of manufacturing sole, midsole and upper , Which not only requires a lot of workforce but also causes an increase in shoe manufacturing process (that is, a primer coating process and an adhering process), thereby increasing the production cost.
Fourth, solvents used for UV primer, UV irradiation process, and primer containing acetone not only damage the eyes of workers but also cause skin irritation and also cause respiratory system irritation and nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, It can affect the lungs and can cause paralysis and cramps due to long-term symptoms, which can be devastating to workers.
Fifthly, in the conventional shoe manufacturing method, when the sole, the middle and the upper are separately molded and adhered, many processes such as a cleaning step, a primer applying step, an adhesive applying step, a drying step and the like are required, But also a large amount of raw materials and manpower are required to increase the cost of the product.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a pearl mold for manufacturing a sole without a washing step, a primer application step, And it is an object of the present invention to provide a composition for an adhesive film which can simultaneously form a middle and a sole in a single process.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole which is capable of significantly reducing the manufacturing process of a shoelace shoe in that it does not require a separate adhesive facility and a washing facility, and is environmentally friendly, For use in a film.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a composition for an adhesive film which can simultaneously form a sole and a middlesole using an adhesive film.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive film and a composition thereof, which can simultaneously form a sole and a sole, and can easily adhere the upper and the sole.
The present invention relates to a method for molding a sole, comprising the steps of inserting a rubber sheet into a conventional mold for molding a sole, placing a first adhesive film on the rubber sheet, pressing and molding the rubber sheet, After a molded sole is inserted, a first film is placed on the first sole, then a normal EVA foam is placed on the first sole, and then a second adhesive film, Forming a shoe sole by pressing a film on the shoe so as to form a shoe sole; and bonding the shoe sole to the shoe using a second adhesive film adhered to the surface of the shoe so as to manufacture shoes.
More preferably, the first adhesive film is a film for adhering a shoe soles and a midsole, the composition comprising a syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and a polyethylene base containing 7% maleic anhydride (Containing from 5 to 9 carbon atoms) esters having a ringer, a montan wax and a pentitrytol.
In addition, the second adhesive film is a film for adhering a normal sole made up of a sole and a midsole to the upper. The composition is composed of a polyester type thermoplastic polyurethane and an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin base containing 6% maleic anhydride , A montan wax, and a petit acid (having 5 to 9 carbon atoms) esters having pentitrytol.
The present invention is capable of simultaneously molding a shoe sole made of EVA foam and a sole made of rubber in a pier mold so that the shoe manufacturing process can be remarkably shortened and the work force required for cleaning and bonding (primer application) have.
In addition, the present invention eliminates the need for a separate work process for cleaning the sole and the sole, applying the primer, and applying the adhesive when manufacturing shoes made of sole, midsole and upper, There is no need for a separate facility, and this not only improves the productivity of the product, but also has the effect of reducing the cost and manufacturing the shoe with a minimum of manpower.
In addition, since the present invention does not perform a separate primer coating process and an adhering process, it is possible to realize an environment-friendly, clean working environment and also to protect an operator from harmful components.
