Description

봉투 및 그 제조방법{omitted}Envelope and method of manufacturing the same

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an envelope which is capable of small-scale digital printing and can be easily manufactured, and a manufacturing method thereof.

In general, a widely used envelope is manufactured in such a manner that folded portions of the developed paper are adhered to each other as shown in FIG.

In the envelope thus produced, the portion (a) made up only of the front side and the back side has a thickness of two sheets of paper, and the portion (b) of overlappingly folded and adhered has a thickness of 3 to 4 sheets of paper.

When printing envelopes made of different thicknesses depending on the area, the expensive printing machine may fail. Therefore, the printing company produces the envelopes after printing on the developed paper, so that the printing order can not be accepted. Because of this problem, the consumer can not directly print on the envelope, but can not do the troublesome work of printing on a separate label paper and attaching to the envelope.

In addition, since the folded portion B for forming the envelope and the sealing portion D are arranged in the four directions around the front portion A, the folded portion can be cut in a state of being developed using a cutter in a large- I could not. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2, it is inevitable to cut the spreading paper by using the wooden G provided with the blade F, which is formed in a shape in which the envelope is developed. In this process, the edge E is discarded . In this way, the operation of cutting the edge (E) and fabricating the wood (G) (Thompson work) has become a factor to lower the productivity of manufacturing the envelope and increase the production cost.

A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a printing press capable of printing on a printing press and an office printing machine of a printing press with a uniform thickness of the completed envelope by folding the covering sheet and cutting the same without making a wooden sheet, And to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

An object of the present invention is to provide an image forming apparatus, A back surface portion folded over the front surface portion so as to overlap the folded portion; A sealing portion formed on an upper portion of the front portion; And an adhesive portion which is applied to both sides of the back face portion so that the back face portion is joined to the front face portion with the folded portion as a boundary.

The envelope of the present invention comprises a cutting step of cutting a spreading paper comprising a front part, a back part folded over the folded part at the front part, and a suture part formed at the upper part of the front part; An adhesive applying step of applying an adhesive to both end portions of the back surface portion; And folding the folded portion of the backside portion over the front portion with the folded portion as a boundary so that the front portion and the backside portion are joined together by an adhesive.

In the present invention as described above, since the lint portion composed of the front portion and the back portion is composed of two sheets of paper and can be printed on the completed envelope, the printing company can respond to a small amount of orders, It is possible to eliminate the inconvenience of attaching to the envelope, and it is possible to manufacture the wooden mold at the time of cutting the spread paper, to use the wooden mold to make the Thompson work, It is a useful invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in Fig. 3, the present invention comprises a front portion 11; A back portion 13 folded over the folded portion 12 at the front portion 11; A suture part (14) formed on the front part (11); And an adhesive section 15 for applying an adhesive to both sides of the back surface section 13 so that the back surface section 13 is bonded to the front face section 11 with the folded section 12 as a boundary.

The envelope of the present invention is manufactured through a process as shown in FIG. 4, which will be described below in terms of processes.

Cutting process]

The cutting process includes a front face portion 11, a back face portion 13 which is folded over the front face portion 11 to form a border between the folded portions 12, a sealing portion 14 formed on the front face portion 11, Is cut off from the raw paper sheet 20 by the use of a pressurizing method. The cutting process includes cutting the both ends of the suture part 14 at an oblique angle, and is performed by a known cutting equipment provided in the printing company.

The area to be discarded without forming the envelope in the paper is minimized to only the portion 16 that is sloped at both ends of the suture portion 13.

Since the spreading portion of the conventional envelope can not be cut by a known cutting device having only a cutting edge moving up and down, a wooden G having a blade F having a spreading paper shape as shown in FIG. 2 is separately manufactured Requiring an additional process referred to as the Thompson operation.

Adhesive application step]

The adhesive application step is a step of applying an adhesive to both ends of the back surface portion 13 of the release paper 10 cut in the cutting step.

The adhesive applying step is for forming a bonding portion 15 for bonding the front face portion 11 and the back face portion 13 so that the bonding portion 15 is bonded to both sides of the back face portion 13 It can be applied from a position falling from the end.

Folding process]

The folding process is performed such that the front face portion 11 on which the bonding portion 15 is formed is folded over the folded portion 12 on the front face portion 11 so that the front face portion 11 and the back face portion 13 are joined by the bonding portion 15 Thereby forming a space in which contents can be placed between the front face portion 11 and the back face portion 13 that are joined together.

The stitching portion 14 is used to seal the envelope by putting the contents into the envelope, and then folding the envelope on the backside portion 13 by the user.

It is a matter of course that this folding process can be performed by a facility used for folding a conventional envelope. That is, the folded portion 12 is a component formed by a facility for folding the envelope in the folding process.

5 to 7 are views showing another embodiment of the present invention.

5 is a view showing a first embodiment in which a cut-out portion 18 in a perforated line 17 is formed on an upper portion of the front face portion 11 and a back face portion 12 joined by a bonding portion 15, 6 is a view showing a second embodiment in which a cutting space 19 is formed in the upper portion of the front face portion 11 and the back face portion 12 joined by the bonding portion 15, And a cut-away space 18 is formed in the inner surface of the base 17.

It is preferable that the perforated line 17 and the cutout space 19 shown in Figs. 5 to 7 are formed through an additional process after the necessary portion is printed in a state where the folding process is performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the lint portion composed of the front portion 11 and the back portion 13 is composed of two sheets of paper, the printing can be performed on the completed envelope, so that the printing company can respond to small orders. It is possible to eliminate the inconvenience of attaching the label paper to the envelope by printing on a separate label paper and to produce a wooden pattern G at the time of cutting the paper cloth 10 and to perform a cutting (Thomson) operation using the wooden pattern G So that it is possible to minimize the area to be discarded from the raw paper.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
