Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite window system, and more particularly, to a composite window system that prevents heat loss in a portion where an outer window frame frame and an inner window frame frame overlap.
Generally, windows that are widely used in buildings are mainly used to construct doors, windows, or balconies. The window must have weather resistance and durability with high resistance to the outside air, and should be able to withstand the load of windows or doors.
Considering these points, aluminum sashes are used for large windows such as balcony windows. However, such a single window made of aluminum has a disadvantage in that the insulating property is poor due to the nature of the metal.
In order to solve such a problem, a composite window of a double structure has been developed and used.
For example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 described below disclose a composite window having a dual structure.
In Patent Document 1, the window frame has a double window structure of an outer side and an inner side, and each window frame is divided into a main frame located on the outdoor side and an auxiliary frame located on the indoor side, and the window frame is placed on the outdoor side window frame A main frame having a sliding surface on which a sliding window is placed and a sliding surface on which a window frame on an indoor side is placed, and a secondary structure having windows and auxiliary frames on a portion where each main frame of the window frame is exposed inward. A configuration of a window is disclosed.
In Patent Document 2, Patent Document 2 discloses a configuration of a double-pane thermal insulating composite window constructed by combining an outer window frame frame made of a metal panel and an inner window frame frame made of a heat insulating panel, have.
On the other hand, the window according to the prior art is made of an aluminum sash and a heat insulating material which is made of wood or synthetic resin, and the aluminum sash and the heat insulating material are bonded by an adhesive or a screw.
However, in a window according to the prior art, a door window window is provided with a pair of rails provided in a single-plate structure in an outer window frame frame and an inner window frame frame at a portion where an outer window frame and an inner window frame overlap each other, Ventilated.
As described above, according to the prior art, there is a problem that the insulation performance and the airtightness performance are remarkably deteriorated due to the ventilation at the portion where the outer window frame and the inner window frame overlap with the change of the ambient temperature.
In addition, when the heat insulating material and the aluminum sash are adhered to each other in the window according to the related art, the adhesive is relatively excellent in adhesion to the heat insulating material made of wood or synthetic resin, but the adhesive strength is lowered due to chemical reaction with the aluminum sash, There was a problem.
Since the aluminum sash and the thermal insulation material have a difference in thermal expansion coefficient equal to or more than a certain value, the aluminum sash and the insulation material have different shrinkage and expansion degrees due to the temperature changes inside and outside the building.
Accordingly, the window according to the prior art has a problem that not only the deformation of the heat insulating material occurs but also cracks due to the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient when the outdoor air temperature changes in winter.
