Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
With reference to the background art described in Korean Patent Publication No. 2009-0107376, the incidence of vascular diseases is increasing every year due to lack of exercise and westernization of the eating habits. In particular, the majority of heart diseases are myocardial infarction and angina, caused by ischemia, which is blocked by blood vessels supplying nutrients and oxygen to the heart. As a method of treating such a closed vessel or a nearly closed vessel, drug therapy using an muscle relaxant or an anti-calcium agent for expanding blood vessel muscles and surgery therapy are used. Pharmacotherapy is useful for early-stage therapy, but it is not effective in reducing blood vessels that have already undergone a significant degree of occlusion. Therefore, surgical therapy, which is a direct treatment of closed vessels, is being performed.
The surgical method is largely an internal medical method and a surgical method. The medical method is a method of inserting a metal mesh (stent) through a blood vessel such as a femoral vein into a closed part and expanding a metal mesh there, to be. Devices required for such a method of using an expanded metal network are disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 3,416,531 and the like. However, when a certain amount of time has elapsed after the surgical operation in this way, lesion tissue protrudes through the metal mesh and a new granulartissue grows inside the metal mesh, and thus the process of closing the metal mesh again occurs. Therefore, as a more fundamental solution, a surgical procedure is mainly performed by bypassing a clogged area using a blood vessel (mainly a leg vein) taken from another part of the open heart surgery. At this time, one end of the leg vein is connected to an end-to-end or an end-to-side in an internal mammary artery (an artery supplying blood to the thoracic and abdominal tissues and muscles) And the other end is connected to an end portion side portion or a side portion side portion (Side-to-Side) of a blood vessel over the closed portion.
The blood vessels are composed of the inner layer (Intima), the middle layer (Media) and the outer layer (Adventitia). When the two vessels are connected, the inner layer must be connected externally. As a method of reconstructing the flap according to the above-mentioned method and anastomosing the cut blood vessels as well as the treatment of the above-mentioned heart diseases, a microsurgical surgeon can use a suture directly to secure an enlarged surgical field by a microscope or a high magnification magnifier, A method of sewing together is used. However, suturing can only be performed by a highly skilled physician and requires a lot of time and effort. In particular, it is very difficult to suture the blood vessels in a region where the periodic beating is continuously performed like the heart.
During cardiac surgery, it is necessary to stop the heart beating by artificially inducing a heart attack for a long time. Therefore, a number of vascular anastomosis devices have been devised to avoid direct suturing of blood vessels by hand using a suture.
