Description
The present invention relates to a compressor of a gas turbine, and more particularly to a flow stable structure of a compressor for a gas turbine.
Generally, a gas turbine engine is widely used as a power source for rotating a generator in a power plant or the like. The gas turbine engine comprises a compressor, a combustor and a turbine. The compressor supplies compressed air with high temperature and high pressure by compressing the air introduced from the air inlet. The combustor supplies fuel to the compressed air to supply a high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas to the turbine to rotate the turbine, Thereby generating a rotation power required for the rotation.
1 is a schematic view showing the interior of a compressor of a conventional gas turbine engine.
1, the compressor 1 includes a plurality of
Therefore, when the hub of the
However, in the conventional gas turbine engine, when the engine is rapidly accelerated, a phenomenon of surge and stall occurs in the compressor. The surge refers to an unstable state of the entire compressor, and the stall refers to a state in which the flow of air in the compressor is unstable.
That is, as the air passes through the vane of the compressor, the pressure rises, and the leakage of the compressed air, that is, the stall phenomenon, occurs between the vane and the hub due to the pressure difference. The leakage flow (stall) of the compressed air is a factor that deteriorates the performance of the compressor, and furthermore, the acceleration and declivity of the engine of the gas turbine.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a flow stabilizing structure for a compressor for a gas turbine for minimizing leakage flow of compressed air between a vane and a hub to improve the performance of the compressor.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a flow stabilizing structure of a compressor for a gas turbine which can effectively improve the performance of the compressor by effectively utilizing the leakage flow of the compressed air between the vane and the hub.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a flow stabilizing structure for a compressor for a gas turbine, including: a casing formed in an inner space of a compressor; A hub having a plurality of blades formed at predetermined intervals so as to be rotatable on the inner surface of the casing; A plurality of vanes enclosing the hub at an interval from the inner surface of the casing; And flow stabilization means installed in the hub to change the flow angle and flow angle of the hub leakage flow generated between the vane and the hub to stabilize the flow.
And the flow stabilizing means includes vanes protruding at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the hub.
Each of the blades has a coaxial shape.
The wing has a predetermined twist so that the hub leakage flow has axial directionality.
The vane axially turns the direction of the leakage flow so that the main flow of the main compressed air flowing through the compressor and the hub leakage flow are mixed.
The vanes are protruded from the hub at regular intervals to face the vanes.
In order to utilize the leakage of compressed air between the vane and the hub, the flow stabilizing structure of the compressor for a gas turbine as described above stabilizes the flow through the change of the flow angle and the flow velocity to the hub leakage flow by providing a blade on the blade hub There is an effect that can be made. In particular, the stabilizing structure changes the flow angle of the hub leakage flow generated near the vane hub to have an axial direction (main flow direction) so that the main compressed air in which the main flow and the hub leakage flow are mixed It is possible to increase the efficiency of the compressor by providing it to the combustor side.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Recently, air design trends of compressors have been designed to increase the single - phase load in order to reduce the number of compressors. Particularly under backpressure conditions, there is a continuing need for a technology to design a flow of fluid steadily near a hub of a sensitive vane as the load increases.
The present invention provides a structure for stabilizing flow through a change in flow angle and flow rate for hub leakage flow by providing wings on the blade hub to utilize the hub leakage flow.
Figure 2 shows vane-hub to hub leakage flow in a compressor.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the outside air passes through the vane of the compressor, the pressure rises and the pressure difference causes the leakage of the compressed air from the vane to the hub by a reverse pressure gradient through a seal provided under the vane. (Leaking), that is, a hub leakage flow (stall) occurs. The hub leakage flow affects the main flow through the compressor and makes the flow near the vane hub unstable.
Accordingly, the present invention improves the efficiency of the compressor by eliminating the instability of the flow occurring near the vane hub by appropriately utilizing the leakage flow.

Operation of the flow stabilizing structure of the compressor for a gas turbine configured as described above will be described below.
