In the LED bulb according to the present invention, LEDs are circularly arranged in a heat sink provided with a heat dissipation fin, a reflector is installed at a center portion to transmit or reflect the light of the LED, It is possible to effectively replace the incandescent bulb by widening the light distribution as well as the light efficiency.
Description
The present invention relates to an LED bulb.
Light Emitting Diode (LED) bulbs have a power saving effect because they use LEDs whose power consumption is as low as 20% of general bulbs, and can be used semi-permanently due to the LED characteristics. It does not contain hazardous substances such as harmful mercury or lead, and it is favorable as a substitute for incandescent bulb because it is environment-friendly.
On the other hand, such an LED bulb has a problem in that it is vulnerable to heat because it uses high current and high brightness LED as a light source. Accordingly, the LED bulb generally implements a heat dissipation function through a heat sink. In addition, a bulb is used to diffuse the light to complement the characteristics of a straight LED.
This is disclosed in detail in Patent Document 1, and will be described with reference to the following. According to the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the LED bulb includes a heat sink having a plurality of heat-dissipating fins, a main body accommodated in the heat sink, and a plurality of LEDs (light emitting diodes) And the light emitted from the plurality of LEDs is transmitted to the outside through the cover member.
Therefore, the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 can easily replace the conventional incandescent lamp, and it is possible to expect heat radiation effect by convection and conduction through the heat-dissipating fin of the heat sink.
However, in order for the LED lamp to completely replace the incandescent lamp, the light distribution needs to be made wider within the same size. However, as described above, the LED lamp is irradiated only through the cover member, i.e., the bulb, There is a problem that light efficiency is deteriorated because light is diffused.
In order to solve this problem, a method of manufacturing a bulb using a plastic resin having a high transmittance has been proposed. However, in this case, since glare is severe and light distribution is uneven, it is difficult to effectively replace a conventional incandescent bulb.
On the other hand, as another means for widening the light distribution in the LED light bulb, an optical component such as a reflector or a separate lens is provided inside the bulb, which is disclosed in detail in Patent Document 2. That is, according to (Patent Document 2) described above, the reflection surface on the upper portion of the LED (light emitting portion) is formed and the light is irradiated toward the reflection surface, thereby inducing the diffusion of light by the reflected light.
However, there is a problem in that a part of a bulb described as a transparent housing may be shaded due to a reflecting surface for diffusing the light of the LED light emitting portion (Patent Document 2).
Accordingly, the present invention is intended to solve the light distribution problem which is a stumbling block in replacing the incandescent bulb by improving the LED bulb according to the prior art including the above-mentioned (Patent Document 1) and (Patent Document 2).

According to the present invention, light emitted from an LED is transmitted through a transmissive portion of a reflector, reflected through a wing portion, and diffused through a diffusion bulb, thereby increasing light efficiency and broadening a light distribution, thereby effectively replacing incandescent bulbs of the same size . When the diffusion bulb is formed through a plastic resin having high reflectance, the light can be evenly spread to prevent glare.

The LED is typically mounted on a base PCB to form a light source module and assembled to a heat sink. At this time, the LEDs are arranged and mounted on a circuit board in a circular shape, so that the amount of reflection and the amount of reflection through the rotation of the reflector can be easily controlled.

Such a heat sink can accommodate, for example, a switching power supply (SMPS) related to an LED, and a socket electrically connected to the socket can be formed outside to supply power .

The diffusion bulb is generally formed in a dome shape and coupled to the heat sink so as to cover the LED so as to complement the straightness characteristic of the LED to diffuse light at various angles .
Here, the diffusion bulb may be manufactured using a transparent glass-based material or a resin-based material. Particularly, polycarbonate can be manufactured by adopting the material thereof.
The polycarbonate is an optical thermoplastic (polyester) having a carbonate bond formed by a condensation reaction of a hydroxy compound and carbonic acid. The polycarbonate has characteristics of impact resistance, heat resistance, weatherability, self-extinguishing property, transparency It is excellent in flexibility and workability.
Therefore, the diffusion bulb manufactured through such a polycarbonate can easily prevent the glare together with the diffusion effect of light.
Meanwhile, the reflector is provided to partially transmit or partially reflect the light of the LED, and is provided at the center of the LED bulb according to the present invention.
That is, the reflector is formed in a three-dimensional shape that can partially transmit and partially reflect the light of the LED, and is installed at the central portion of the upper portion of the circuit board or the heat sink, thereby controlling the light transmission amount and the reflection amount.

At this time, the
