Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hot forging method for a hollow member, and more particularly, to a hot forging method for a hollow member that can increase the utilization rate of a raw material for manufacturing a hollow member, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
Forging is a method of forming a metal material by applying a compressive load, and is mainly used for manufacturing structural parts of a machine that must withstand a large stress. Products processed by other processing methods such as casting, cutting, and powder metallurgy have different properties and limitations in strength, toughness, dimensional accuracy, surface accuracy, bonding, etc., whereas forged products have excellent properties.
However, in the production of a member having a hollow structure by the existing hot forging process, a load pressure is directly applied to a bar-shaped raw material by a press from the initial production. Therefore, there is a problem that the size of the raw material required in the manufacturing process is excessively large as compared with the hollow member obtained from the raw material.
In addition, in the conventional hot forging method, a raw material of a considerable size is accommodated in the heating means in order to manufacture a hollow member. Therefore, there is a problem that the equipment for the heating process becomes large.
In addition, in the conventional hot forging method, in order to obtain a hollow member having a desired shape from a raw material, a considerable amount of compressive load must be applied to the raw material, that is, when the size of the hollow member to be manufactured is large, There is a problem that the required size of the raw material is increased and the compressive load necessary for processing the raw material into the desired hollow member is also large so that the capacity of the press must be increased.
Therefore, in manufacturing the hollow member by the existing hot forging process, the manufacturing cost is increased and the working efficiency in manufacturing the hollow member is deteriorated.
An object of the present invention is to provide a hot forging method for a hollow member that can increase the utilization rate of a raw material for manufacturing a hollow member, thereby reducing manufacturing cost.
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a closed-type member, comprising the steps of: preparing a closed member having a center hollow by using a bar-shaped raw material; heating the closed member; A method for hot forging a hollow member, the method comprising the steps of:
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a spiral member, comprising the steps of: fabricating a bar-shaped raw material and crossing the bent portion with respect to a virtual central axis to form a helical member having a circular or elliptical cross- A plurality of forging members each having a circular or elliptical shape with a portion thereof being opened by cutting an intersection at which the bent portions intersect in the helical member are manufactured, and a step of joining both ends of the forging member with each other in a welding manner, Pressing the closed member subjected to the annealing treatment for shape calibration; subjecting the press-processed closed member to high-frequency heating; Producing a closed workpiece set by forging the high-frequency heated closed member, The present invention also provides a method for hot forging a hollow member including the hollow member.
In the method of hot forging a hollow member of the present invention, when a member having a hollow structure is manufactured, a closed member having a hollow is used instead of cutting a raw material like a conventional hot forging process, The material is not wasted and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
In addition, when the heating means having a simple structure surrounding the closed member is provided, it is possible to prevent the heating means from becoming larger in size as compared with the conventional method in which the raw material is cut into the heating means as in the conventional hot forging It is effective.
In addition, since the hollow member is used instead of cutting the raw material as in the conventional hot forging process, a hollow member can be manufactured with a smaller load pressure as compared with the existing hot forging process There is an effect.

1 to 9 show a method for hot forging a hollow member (step S100) according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a closed
상기 나선형 부재(11)에서 상기 절곡부가 교차되는 교차부(11a)를 절단(C)하고, 상기 절단에 의하여 일 부분이 개방되어 있지만 원형에 가까운 형상을 가지는 하나 이상의 단조용 부재(12)를 제조한다.(도 4, 5및 S112 단계)(C) the intersecting portion (11a) where the bent portion intersects the helical member (11), and at least one forging member (12) having a part close to the circular shape though being partially opened by the cutting is manufactured (Figs. 4 and 5 and step S112)
상기 단조용 부재(12)의 양단은 융접 방식을 사용하여 접합되지만, 상기 융접 방식을 통한 접합은 예시일 뿐이며, 이에 한정되지 않는다.(도 6 및 S113 단계)Both ends of the forging member (12) are joined to each other to manufacture the closed member (13). Both ends of the

The trimming is a process of removing excess metal in the closed
The shot blast projects microscopic particles of non-metal on the surface of the closed
폐쇄형 부재를 제조하는 단계는 먼저 바 형상의 원소재(20)를 준비하고, 설정된 길이로 절단하여, 절단된 원소재(21)를 제조한다.(도 10, 도 11 및 S210 단계) In another embodiment of the present invention, the closed
