위치기반서비스서버(300)를 통하여 제공되는 학생의 위치기반 데이터를 이용하여 학생의 이동경로를 학생생활지도서버(500)에서 파악하여 학생 데이터베이스(11)나 교육청 데이터베이스(12) 및 학교 데이터베이스(13)에 미리 설정한 이동경로를 벗어나거나, 유해업소를 방문하거나, 우범지역을 출입하는가를 판단하는 이탈여부 확인단계를 수행하고, 상기 이탈여부확인단계에서 이탈이 확인되는 경우는 학생의 이동경로의 이탈 횟수나 유해업소의 방문횟수 및 우범지역에서 머무르는 시간이 학생 데이터베이스(11)나 교육청 데이터베이스(12) 및 학교 데이터베이스(13)에 미리 설정한 횟수나 시간을 비교하여 생활지도 여부를 판단하는 생활지도 판단단계를 수행하고;
상기 생활지도 판단단계에서 이동경로를 이탈하는 횟수나 유해업소의 방문횟수 및 우범지역에 머무르는 시간이 학생 데이터베이스(11)나 교육청 데이터베이스(12) 및 학교 데이터베이스(13)에 미리 설정한 횟수 이내일 경우는 교사 스마트폰이나 학부모 스마트폰으로 상담이 필요한 생활지도 대상자임을 SNS로 통보하는 단계를 수행하고;
상기 생활지도 판단단계에서 이동경로를 이탈하는 횟수나 유해업소의 방문횟수 및 우범지역에 머무르는 시간이 학생 데이터베이스(11)나 교육청 데이터베이스(12) 및 학교 데이터베이스(13)에 미리 설정한 횟수를 초과하는 경우는 미리 등록시킨 교사 스마트폰이나 학생 스마트폰 및 학생 생활지도에 필요한 유관기관 단말로 상담이 필요한 생활지도 대상자임을 SNS로 통보하는 단계를 수행하며;
