Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a medical device for splenic hemostasis. More particularly, the present invention relates to a medical device for splenic hemostasis. More particularly, the present invention relates to a splint-type medical device for splenic hemostasis. More particularly, The present invention relates to a medical apparatus for splenic hemostasis, which can prevent unnecessary spleen elimination through a medical instrument having a new structure for allowing a patient and a medical staff to satisfy each other.
In general, the spleen is the most important lymphatic organ, accounting for about 25% of the lymphatic organ weight of the whole body, and removing particles such as cells surrounded by bacteria or antibodies bound to the opsonin that help the immune cell function from the bloodstream . This function is evident in the fact that patients with splenomegaly are susceptible to bacterial septicemia. It plays a role in maintaining the quality of red blood cells by removing dead cells or erythrocytes that are not transformed well. . However, unlike skin or other organs, the spleen is very thin and soft, so it is very difficult to suture. Also, when the spleen is resected, the immune function is divided in the liver, bone marrow, etc., However, in children, the spleen is responsible for a considerable part of the immune system. Therefore, the risk of infection is very high, so careful attention should be paid to splenectomy.
Therefore, when a large trauma is caused by various accidents such as a traffic accident, the spleen is inevitably excised and removed, and even when a relatively light heat is applied to a part of the spleen, Is difficult to suture itself, and surgical removal is the most effective treatment. However, despite the fact that it is not necessary to perform splenic resection if only a relatively light degree of spontaneous laceration is needed, there is no medical device capable of delivering it.
Meanwhile, Korean Utility Model No. 20-2012-0006797 (2012.10.05) proposes a grip type medical device. According to this publication, it is used to enter and exit the body and is used to directly capture the affected part by directly capturing the affected part in order to directly capture the affected part. Thus, the spleen is pinched through the tongue operation, But it can not be used because it does not fit the shape and structure of the spleen. Therefore, it is suitable for the shape and structure of the spleen, so that it is possible to prevent unnecessary resection of the spleen. Therefore, It is urgently required to develop a medical device having a new structure which is greatly advantageous in the present invention.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a new structure capable of hemostasis of the spleen, which is a part of the spleen due to various accidents, The present invention is to provide a medical device of the splint-type hemostasis type that can prevent unnecessary spleen removal through the mechanism of the splint hemostasis.

Therefore, It should be understood that various equivalents and modifications may be present.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a medical device for splenic hemostasis according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG. 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
1 and 2, the
First, the pair of the
Next, the
The
Lastly, the
A
Hereinafter, the operating state and the use state of the spleen hemostasis clamping type medical instrument of the present invention configured as described above will be described.
FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a clamping operation of a spinal-hemostasis-type clamping-type medical instrument according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a view showing the operation of a pair of tightening members according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention Is a schematic cross-sectional view.
3, a finger is inserted and gripped by the
That is to say, the
When the
4, a pair of
5A and 5B are schematic plan views showing the use state of the medical device for splenic hemostasis according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
First, referring to "a", the
