Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shoe soles which are assembled by an assembling method of a midsole and an outsole to replace the midsole or dismount the midsole and the outsole.
In general, the shoe comprises a shoe sole and an upper which is fixed to the sole of the shoe by adhesive bonding or stapling.
The shoe sole may be divided into an outsole for improving the gripping force and a midsole for mitigating the impact of the wearer upon landing.
Meanwhile, as a related art related to the present invention, there has been proposed a so-called "separable type shoe sole" according to the Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0422440 entitled " upper separated shoes " (registered on July 20, 2006), Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0144128 (Registered on January 30, 1999) have been proposed.
The prior art Registration Practical Utility Model No. 20-0422440 separates the shoe upper from the shoe sole for various presentation of the shoe upper, and the conventional registration practice modifier 20-0144128 facilitates the exchange of the heel of the shoe.
As described above, the structure capable of exchanging the upper or shoe heel in the shoe has already been proposed in the prior art, but the separable structure of the midsole and the outsole has not been proposed so far.
Usually, the midsole is provided to absorb the impact of the wearer during walking, and the shock absorbing function is deteriorated when the midsole is used for a long period of time. Also, since the midsole and the outsole have different functions from each other, their materials are also completely different.
However, since the midsole and the outsole are generally integrated by the bonding method, it is not possible to separate the midsole and the outsole. Therefore, it is impossible to separately replace the midsole or separate the midsole and the outsole.
Therefore, when the midsole and the outsole are disposed together, the two materials coexist, and it is impossible to recycle the same material, thus causing environmental pollution.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of separating a midsole from an outsole, And it is also possible to separate the midsole and the outsole at the time of disposal of the shoe sole and dispose of the same so that each of the midsole and the outsole can be recycled to provide a shoe sole that can prevent environmental pollution.

The shoe of the present embodiment is formed by combining the
The
First, the
The
On the upper surface of the
Each of the midsole-supporting
In addition, each of the
On the other hand, a
The
In the present embodiment, three wave-
In addition, a midsole coupling
Each of the midsole coupling
Once the
Such a midsole coupling
In this embodiment, since the three wave-
As described above, the structure of the
The
The
In the present embodiment, due to the structure of the
The
The
However, in this embodiment, the
The
The shape, number, and arrangement of the engaging
That is, since the midsole coupling
The supporting
On the other hand, the
In such a structure, the impact received upon landing by the wearer is absorbed by the
In addition, since the
Also, when the waste is discarded, the
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

In this embodiment, the
