More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for managing underground water supply and drainage using an RFID (RFID) tag. More specifically, the present invention detects the position of a pipe using RFID, The present invention relates to a system for managing underground facilities in water and wastewater using an RFID tag capable of implementing systematic management.
In the process of rapid urbanization and improving the quality of life, roads, water and sewerage, gas and electricity, and communication facilities, which make up the indirect capital of society, are rapidly being improved. These facilities are indispensable for life and industry, and at the initial stage of urbanization and industrialization, there was a tendency to be formed unintentionally with the natural development of the community.
However, since these facilities such as water supply, sewerage, gas, electricity, and communication are made over a lot of spaces, a planned installation of these facilities has been requested in recent years. Especially, in urban areas requiring efficient use of space, It is becoming common to install. Also, under the purpose of protection of facilities, there are many cases where they are buried underground.
However, many of the existing facilities are unplanned, and it is not possible to install all of these facilities at the terminal end.
In many cases, the installation route of the facility is changed according to the partial special circumstances of the installed area.
In addition, since the underground is not a visible space, it is often difficult to accurately grasp and manage various types of buried underground buried objects.
In some cases, when constructing a new facility or constructing a building, existing facilities can not be grasped correctly, and as the construction progresses, the facilities may be destroyed, resulting in inconvenience and economic loss of life, and loss of life.
Therefore, related government agencies and facility management organizations are trying to grasp and systematically manage the installation situation of facilities in the existing situation.
Recently, attention has been focused on GIS (Geographical Information System), which is part of efforts to realize the ubiquitous environment through the computerization of social infrastructures.
This GIS is mainly concerned with the study of geographical information systems on the ground, but in recent years, not only information on the ground but also information on the underground has been studied.
Accordingly, a method and apparatus for accurately grasping underground objects are required.
Also, there is often a need to pinpoint the underground burial in a particular area to prevent inconveniences or risks without damaging the existing facilities before starting a new construction, rather than a whole facility management perspective.
In general, when measuring the position of a pipeline buried underground, the position of the pipeline is searched using a detection device or the like, and the coordinates are measured using a separate measuring device at the corresponding point. After measuring the coordinates, the measured coordinates are compared with the design chart, the pipeline information buried in the location is searched, and the location information of the actual pipeline is written.
However, the conventional surveying method as described above has the following problems.
Since the apparatus for detecting the position of the pipeline and the apparatus for measuring the coordinate are separated, there is inconvenience to carry both equipment. Also, since the work step is divided into several steps such as the detection and comparison with the measurement and design drawing, There is a slow problem.
In addition, since the device for detecting the position of the pipeline and the device for measuring the coordinates are different, it is difficult to accurately position the device for measuring the coordinates at the detected position, so that it is difficult to accurately measure the coordinates of the detection point.
As a conventional technique for improving this, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0877073 (Dec. 26, 2008) discloses a pipe measurement method using a management measurement device and a pipeline surveying system using the same.
Nevertheless, the registered patent has a problem in that the pole is not a foldable structure as well as a length-adjustable structure.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a management system for underground water supply and drainage facilities using an RFID tag capable of measuring coordinates of a buried pipe more easily and accurately.

The
The position measuring unit is a component for measuring the current position of the
Here, at least one of the satellite
The satellite
As described above, the satellites placed on the earth orbit send a radio wave signal containing the current position and time to the ground. Then, the terrestrial receiver receives this signal and calculates the time it takes for the radio wave to arrive to determine its current position.
Generally, three satellite signals are needed to grasp the longitude, latitude and height at the same time. Here, four satellites can be mobilized because of the need for another satellite for signaling to increase the accuracy of location measurements by retracing the time difference between satellites.
On the other hand, since the time of the movement of the radio wave having the speed of light is measured and the position is grasped, a satellite having a very high precision is mounted in the satellite. However, in order for the satellite signal to reach the ground, it must pass through the ionosphere and the atmosphere, A slight difference may occur, which may cause an error in the measurement of the position of the measurement point. In order to reduce such an error, various methods have been introduced. In the description of this embodiment, the use of the VRS system is taken as an example, and the VRS will be described later.
The
In the description of this embodiment, the
The satellite
Of course, the position measurement using the
Therefore, since the position measurement can be performed using any one of the satellite

9 (a) and 9 (b), the
First, the folding structure of the
At this time, the
That is, the
Accordingly, the
In addition, an
Here, the
Therefore, the
Since the
In particular, a fixing guide GT protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the
The
Meanwhile, a
At this time, the
Therefore, the length can be adjusted accurately.
In addition, a fixing
The securing
The fixing
This is because the frictional resistance between the inner circumferential surface of the fixing
However, in the present invention, the QM lever or the one-touch folding lever, which is often used for bicycle folding, is used as it is.
