Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Sewage and wastewater treatment technologies occupy a large proportion in the water environment field. In recent years, due to the influence of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sea area, lake or non-point pollution source, abnormal growth of birds, odor generation, and ecosystem abnormal phenomena such as this have occurred.
In the field of wastewater treatment, nitrogen and phosphorus treatment methods have mainly focused on treatment methods using a sulfur carrier, chemical treatment by pressurization, or coagulation sedimentation. The method using the sulfur carrier requires a large amount of facility cost, site area, and post management cost, and has a problem that corrosion of piping due to the sulfur component is caused. In addition, there is a problem that a method of treating chemicals by pressurization flocculation or coagulation sediment causes severe ecosystem contamination due to excessive use of chemicals.
In the above-mentioned wastewater treatment, it is possible to lower the acid, alkalinity, COD, BOD, SS and NH through physical, chemical and biological treatments or to control the water within a predetermined range. However, TN (total nitrogen), TP Phosphorus) and COD is difficult to treat.
In the case of industrial sites such as petrochemical plants that generate volatile organic compounds (VOC compounds) such as paints, wastewater is treated with granular activated carbon, but its treatment is insufficient and it is difficult to regenerate and use activated carbon.
Therefore, there is a need for a wastewater treatment apparatus which can economically reduce piping corrosion and ecosystem pollution problems in the related art.

The treated water passing through the array of the
The process
In the open state of the first solenoid valve V1. When the
The filtration unit comprises a
A plurality of
The granular activated carbon composing the
The fired zeolite carrier is formed by adding 2 to 3 wt% of a polyamide compound to 97 wt% to 98 wt% of natural zeolite, stirring and mixing the mixture at a temperature of 250 to 300 캜. Since the modified fired zeolite carrier formed by sintering at high temperature and high pressure as described above can be reused three times or more, it contributes greatly to reduce cost loss due to waste of the filter medium. In addition, the fired zeolite carrier prepared as described above has extremely low solubility in wastewater, thereby minimizing the generation of secondary pollutants due to dissolution of zeolite. As the activated carbon, it is preferable to use palm kernel activated carbon having a particle diameter of 8 to 12 mm. The activated carbon as described above is very economical because it can adsorb the soluble components of zeolite that may be present and can be reused, and it is possible to treat pollutants such as heavy metals by activated carbon, and it is more economical and practical because it can be used for regeneration.
Also, in the
