Description
The present invention relates to an electronic control unit (ECU) which is provided in a predetermined outside area of a vehicle such as an engine compartment of a vehicle, a vehicle control unit (ECU) that provides a heat radiation effect to a predetermined heating element built in a housing unit such as a junction block To a heat dissipation structure.
Generally, a housing unit (block) such as a junction block or an ECU is installed in an engine compartment (an area outside the passenger compartment of a vehicle). Normally, these housing units are electrically connected to the outside through a wire harness.
In addition to the ambient temperature in the engine compartment (outside of the vehicle compartment), these housing units have internal components that constitute a heating element that generates heat by electrical conduction. Many components constituting the heating element require heat dissipation measures. Hereinafter, the first to third heat dissipation measures implemented as conventional heat dissipation measures will be described.
(First Heat Radiation Countermeasure)
Fig. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing the first heat radiation measure of the prior art for the
(Second Heat Radiation Countermeasure)
8 is an explanatory view showing a second heat dissipation measure of the prior art for the
(Third heat radiation measure)
Fig. 9 is an explanatory view showing the third heat dissipation measure of the related art for the
However, in the first and second heat dissipation measures of the conventional art as described above, a heat radiating effect is obtained by making contact with the outside air by a dedicated heat dissipation component (the
In addition, the aforementioned heat dissipation components must be made sufficiently large to secure the contact area required for heat dissipation, and should not interfere with other external components when in place. Therefore, the first and second heat dissipation measures have problems with respect to the size and arrangement of the heat dissipation components, and there are many limitations in mounting the vehicle.
The third heat dissipation measures of the prior art as described above require that a dedicated cooling fan and a relatively large

The heat radiating structure according to
The first end portion of the heat dissipating hose in the invention according to Claim 4 is connected to the second end point of the auxiliary hose so that the airflow can flow therethrough and the first end point of the auxiliary hose is positioned adjacent to the predetermined heat generating element . In the
On the other hand, in the
As shown in Fig. 4, a
In this configuration, while the vehicle is moving, the inside of the
The heat dissipating structure for a vehicle according to the first embodiment has a structure in which a gap between the inside of the
Further, the
Further, by adopting the PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose which is generally used as the
When the
The amount of air in the heat extraction (the flow of the heated air from the housing unit 4 to the inside of the vehicle compartment 31) can be changed by appropriately changing the hose diameter of the radiating
As a result, the vehicular heat dissipation structure of the first embodiment can emit heat generated by the
In addition, as described above, a dedicated heat dissipation component is not required, and a heat dissipation structure for a vehicle can be obtained without depending on the design for each individual heat dissipation component. Therefore, when there is a change in the dedicated heat dissipation component, the time and effort required for reworking the design is eliminated, thereby reducing the development cost.
The
Even when the structure in which the opening at the front end of the

5 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing a connector peripheral structure of a heat radiating structure for a vehicle according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
A plurality of
On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 5, the
The
In this configuration, the
The vehicle heat radiating structure of the second embodiment employs an
As a result, the vehicular heat dissipation structure of the second embodiment can emit heat generated by the heat generating element 4H (predetermined heat generating element) by a relatively simple structure.
When the bundle of the

6 is an explanatory view schematically showing the surroundings of the air conditioning unit of the
The first and second embodiments have a configuration in which the
A passenger compartment
With this configuration, regardless of whether the vehicle is moving or not, during operation of the air-
The
As a result, the vehicular heat dissipation structure of the third embodiment achieves the effect of dissipating the heat generated by the
