LED package according to the present invention and a transparent electroluminescent device using the same is characterized in that the LED package has a lead frame separated up and down, by using such an LED package to simplify the configuration of the transparent electroluminescent device can be easily manufactured It is characterized by.
The LED package and the transparent light emitting device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Unlike the conventional LED package, the LED package according to the embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the
In more detail, the
For example, the
Of course, such a lead frame may not only be composed of four as shown in FIG. 3 but also two or more, but lead frames connected to the same polarity are exposed to one side of the main body, The lead frame to be joined shall be exposed to the other side of the body.
Such an LED package can be manufactured by, for example, a method as shown in FIG. 4.
That is, the
The LED package manufactured as described above can easily constitute a transparent light emitting device because the lead frames connected to the power of different polarities are exposed to the upper and lower portions of the LED package, respectively. Explain.
5 illustrates the structure of a transparent light emitting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 5, the transparent electroluminescent device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be disposed to face the first
The LED package positioned between the first and second transparent substrates is an LED package according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the first lead frame and the second lead frame are exposed to the upper and lower parts of the main body, respectively, so that the first lead frame is the first transparent substrate. Is electrically connected to the
Since the conventional transparent electroluminescent device as shown in FIG. 1 requires a circuit pattern connected to each lead frame on one surface of two transparent substrates, a complicated circuit pattern must be formed on the substrate as shown in FIG. did.
However, the LED package according to an embodiment of the present invention has a lead frame connected to the (+) electrode of the power supply and a lead frame connected to the (-) electrode exposed in different directions and electrically connected to different transparent substrates. This eliminates the need for complicated circuit patterns on each substrate to separate circuits connected to electrodes of different polarities.
Furthermore, when the transparent electroluminescent device according to an embodiment of the present invention requires only the control of turning on or off at the same time without controlling each LED package individually, conduction of the
A transparent electroluminescent device configured as described above is shown in FIG. 6. That is, a plurality of
At this time, if the gap between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate is not kept constant, the electrical connection between the lead frame of the
To this end, the
