Abstract

Description
The present application relates to core-shell nanoparticles, methods for their preparation, and uses thereof.
Multifunctional core-shell structures have been liganded in a number of ways and can be used for light sensing, electricity, catalyst, and biosensing such structures. Precious gold nanoparticles exhibit a specific surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon and resonate under conditions where the intrinsic vector of the collective vibrational motion of nanoscale noble metal surface electrons matches the vector of light incident from the outside. This phenomenon induces an amplified field, which exhibits physical, chemical and optical properties, and has a wide range of applications in the field of optical biosensing. Based on this phenomenon, various methods of synthesizing a core shell nanostructure and a heteroalloy nanostructure using gold particles as a core have been introduced (Korea Patent No. 10-1094884). However, these nanostructures provide a limited method by adopting each shell introduction method.

또한, 금 나노입자에 개시제가 리간드화된 용액 1 mg, DMF(N,N-Dimethylformamide, Sigma Aldrich) 3.5 mL, PMDETA(N,N,N',N'',N''-Pentamethyldiehtylenetriamine, Sigma Aldrich) 0.416 mL를 질소를 주입하면서 산소를 제거하고, 4VP(4-vinylpyridine) 2.10 g 및 증류수 0.5 mL도 질소를 주입해 산소를 제거하여 주사기를 이용하여 가지 달린 둥근플라스크에 넣어 주었다. A 4-vinylpyridine (4VP, Sigma-Aldrich) monomer was prepared using surface initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) using a solution liganded with an initiator to the gold nanoparticles prepared in step (b). For PVP synthesis, 57.3 mg of monovalent copper bromide (CuBr, Sigma Aldrich) and bivalent copper bromide (CuBr 2 , Sigma Aldrich) were added using a branched round flask to remove oxygen while injecting vacuum and nitrogen. . In addition, 1 mg of ligand-initiated solution in gold nanoparticles, 3.5 mL of DMF (N, N-Dimethylformamide, Sigma Aldrich), PMDETA (N, N, N ', N'',N''-Pentamethyldiehtylenetriamine, Sigma Aldrich ) Oxygen was removed while nitrogen was injected into 0.416 mL, and 2.10 g of 4-VP (4-vinylpyridine) and 0.5 mL of distilled water were also injected to remove oxygen and placed in a round flask with a syringe using a syringe. After the preparation for polymerization, the mixture was stirred under vigorous stirring at a temperature of 40 ° C. for 48 hours under nitrogen. At the end of the polymerization time, the nitrogen supply was stopped in order to suppress the radical reaction, and the polymerization was terminated by injecting oxygen by stirring for 1 hour in air. At this time, the color of the solution becomes green as it is combined with oxygen. The polymerized solution was centrifuged at 1,000 rpm for 10 minutes and washed several times with DMF (N, N-Dimethylformamide) to complete the synthesis.
