액상의 에폭시수지 100중량 기준에 소포제 0.4중량, 제1안료 0.1~1중량과 경화제 50중량을 혼합하여 제1색상층의 조성물을 만드는 제1색상층조성물제조단계,
상기 제1색상층조성물을 성형틀에 부은 후 상온에서 2시간 동안 경화시키는 제1색상층성형경화단계,
상기 제1색상층조성물제조단계와 동일한 종류, 중량의 에폭시수지, 소포제, 경화제를 혼합하되 첨가되는 안료는 상기 제1안료와 다른 색상의 안료를 첨가하여 색상층조성물을 제조한 후 상기 성형틀에서 2시간 경화된 제1색상층조성물 위에 부어 상온에서 2시간 동안 경화시키는 단계를 1회 이상 반복하되 마지막 색상층조성물은 상온에서 8시간 이상 경화시킴으로써 서로 다른 색상을 갖는 다수개의 층으로 구성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 컬러판재의 제조방법.
