상기 커버의 길이방향으로 힌지 결합되어 회동하는 회동바;
상기 회동바에 결합되어 상기 회동바의 회동을 통해 수평으로 펼쳐지는 메모대; 및
상기 팔걸이의 일측에 힌지를 통해 상기 커버와 반대 방향으로 결합되고, 상기 커버가 열렸을 때 상기 팔걸이의 홀을 폐쇄하는 차단커버;를 포함하며,
상기 커버는 상기 회동바가 결합되는 상면에 상기 회동바의 회전각도를 고정시키는 고정돌기가 형성되고,
상기 고정돌기는 상기 커버에 승강되도록 결합되고, 상기 커버와 고정돌기 간에 탄성체가 개재되어 상기 탄성체의 탄성력으로 상기 회동바에 형성되는 고정홈에 삽입되는 의자 메모대.
