Description
The present invention relates to a sludge treatment method and treatment apparatus, and in particular, after the sludge is crushed, quicklime is added thereto to cause a hydration reaction, so that the water content is reduced without artificially heating and drying the sludge to reduce energy consumption costs. In addition, the present invention relates to a sludge treatment method and a treatment apparatus capable of obtaining fine aggregates having a very low moisture content so as to be suitable for a concrete composition.
As the economy develops, according to the EPA statistics, the distribution rate of water and sewage water reached 94% in 2010, and sludge is generated in the water and sewage plant and related works, causing sludge treatment to become a social problem. The treatment of sludge is mostly required for landfill or ocean dumping, but it is required to supplement the sludge treatment in the situation where dumping of the sea is prohibited in accordance with international environmental conventions and landfill is prohibited due to strengthening domestic environmental laws.
The conventional method of dewatering sewage sludge and then filling it with general wastes is that it is difficult to enter a working vehicle due to the high water content and organic matter content of sewage sludge and the change of living standards. There is a problem that it is difficult to mix landfill due to the change in appearance.
Therefore, a method of solidifying the sludge cake to facilitate the landfill operation as a mass disposal method of sewage sludge, and also a method of using it as an intermediate cover material in a single landfill or sanitary landfill.
In order to reduce the water content and the bacteria content of the sludge in the prior art for this purpose, heating and drying the sludge is a problem of high energy costs, and when using a special cement as a solidifying agent, most of the special cement is expensive alumina cement This is a problem because of the high cost of materials.
As disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 97-8689, a method of lowering the use ratio of a hardener and improving economic efficiency by utilizing wastes such as incineration ash, cement, kiln dust, fly ash, steelmaking slag, etc. have.
However, the use of such solidification aids does not only cause carbon emissions and air pollution due to the large amount of dust and fossil fuels in the kiln, but also because of the simple landfill by physical mixing of sewage sludge and solidification aids. It is not suitable as a method for treating sludge in the workplace due to its low effectiveness due to secondary pollution such as cost burden and transfer of environmental pollution.
Particularly, in the case of using a solid fire, since the water content of the sludge is 65 to 80%, there is a problem in that the solidifying agent is not evenly mixed since the sludge is lumped again due to its viscosity.

(S20).Specifically, the first sludge having a water content of 65 to 80% is introduced into the
(S22). This quick lime input step (S20) is preferably made of two steps. First, the quicklime, which occupies 4 to 8% by weight relative to the total weight of the pulverized sludge obtained in the
The quick injection of quicklime is made in the
The quicklime injection is performed through the
The reason why the quicklime is divided into two stages is that the first sludge has a moisture content of 65 to 80%, so even if the sludge is crushed in the
When quicklime is first introduced into the ground sludge, the quicklime is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the ground sludge. Because quicklime has a water absorption characteristic and does not easily bond with each other, the moisture content decreases while the sludge is prevented from being aggregated again due to its viscosity due to the first injection of quicklime. The first injection of quicklime into the crushed sludge yields a first-rate sludge that has 35 to 50% water content and no reaggregation.
Thereafter, the second full-scale lime is injected (S22). If the primary injection of quicklime (S21) is to prevent the re-aggregation of the crushed sludge so that the second quick lime is evenly mixed well, in the case of the second quicklime (S22), sterilization and moisture reduction of the crushed sludge are reduced. The main purpose is by spraying and adsorbing a larger amount of quicklime on the sludge, such as 20 to 40% by weight of quicklime than in the first case.
Next, the quicklime added sludge having a particle size of 3 to 8mm is obtained by mixing the sludge into which the quicklime is added in the
The quicklime input mixed sludge obtained from the
4 is a view for explaining the water vaporization means (60). Referring to FIG. 4, the quicklime input mixed sludge obtained from the
In order for the water vaporization of the
The mature overturning means 66 has a
As described above, according to the present invention, after the sludge is pulverized, the quicklime is preliminarily added to prevent the phenomenon of pulverizing the sludge again, and then the sludge is secondarily introduced to maximize the efficiency of the hydration reaction. The water content can be lowered without artificially heating and drying the sludge, thereby reducing the energy consumption cost. In addition, since it is not through simple physical mixing, there is no burden of secondary pollution, so it is eco-friendly, and finally, the water content of sludge can be reduced to 5 ~ 10% through water evaporation process. It is also suitable for economical recycling as industrial fine aggregates.
