Description
도 2는 락토바실루스 아시도필러스 IDCC 3302에 폴리비닐피롤리돈 K-25를 혼합하여 1차 코팅된 유산균의 형상을 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 유산균에 수용성 폴리머를 혼합하여 1차 코팅하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a)단계에서 1차 코팅된 유산균에 히알루론산을 혼합하여 2차 코팅하는 단계;
(c) 상기 (b)단계에서 2차 코팅된 유산균에 다공성 입자를 가지는 코팅제를 혼합하여 3차 코팅하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 (c)단계에서 3차 코팅된 유산균에 단백질을 혼합하여 4차 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 수용성폴리머는 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(carboxymethyl cellulose,CMC), 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스(hydroxyethylcellulose,HEC), 잔탄검(xanthan gum, XG), 구아검(guar gum,GG), 폴리비닐피롤리돈 (polyvinylpyrroridone, PVP), 카보폴(carbopol), 소듐알기네이트(sodium alginate), 프로필렌 글리콜 알기네이트(propylene glycol alginate)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계에서 다공성 입자를 가지는 코팅제는 알지네이트(alginate), 말토덱스트린(maltodextrin,MD), 키토산(chitosan), 전분(starch), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethyleneglycol, PEG), 트리아세틴(triacetin), 프로필렌 글리콜(propylene glycol), 아세틸트리에틸 시트레이트(acetyl triethyl citrate), 트리에틸 시트레이트(triethyl citrate), 또는 글리세린(glycerin)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (d)단계에서 단백질은 탈지분유, 유청단백, 분리대두단백으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유산균은 락토바실루스 속(Lactobacillus sp.), 비피도박테리움 속(Bifidobacterium sp.), 스트렙토코커스 속(Streptococcus sp.), 락토코커스 속(Lactococcus sp.), 엔테로코커스 속(Enterococcus sp.), 페디오코커스 속(Pediococcus sp.), 류코노스톡 속(Leuconostoc sp.), 비셀라 속(Weissella sp.)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 상기 수용성 폴리머는 유산균 배양액 100 중량부 대비 0.1중량부 내지 10중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 1차 코팅하는 단계;
상기 (b)단계에서 상기 히알루론산은 유산균 배양액 100 중량부 대비 0.001중량부 내지 5중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 2차 코팅하는 단계;
상기 (c)단계에서 상기 다공성 입자를 가지는 코팅제는 유산균 배양액 100 중량부 대비 0.1중량부 내지 10중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 3차 코팅하는 단계; 및
상기 (d)단계에서 상기 단백질은 유산균 배양액 100 중량부 대비 1중량부 내지 30중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 4차 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법으로 제조된 4중 코팅된 유산균.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유산균은 락토바실루스 속(Lactobacillus sp.), 비피도박테리움 속(Bifidobacterium sp.), 스트렙토코커스 속(Streptococcus sp.), 락토코커스 속(Lactococcus sp.), 엔테로코커스 속(Enterococcus sp.), 페디오코커스 속(Pediococcus sp.), 류코노스톡 속(Leuconostoc sp.), 비셀라 속(Weissella sp.)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 코팅된 유산균.
