도포 직 후, 아무것도 바르지 않은 대조군(CONTROL)에 비해 GEL과 본 발명의 수분크림(CREAM)을 도포한 부위의 값이 유의하게 더 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 180분이 경과한 후, 10명의 피시험자 대부분에서 피부 수분함량이 CONTROL에 비해 GEL과 CREAM 모두 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, CREAM 도포 부위의 수분함량이 GEL 도포 부위보다 높게 나타난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만, 도포 직후부터 180분이 경과 후까지 급격한 수분함량 감소현상은 보이지 않았으나, 대체로 시간이 지남에 따라 서서히 수분함량이 줄어드는 결과를 나타내었다. 한편, 무도포군 CONTROL을 100% 기준으로 하여 도포군인 GEL과 본 발명 수분크림(CREAM)의 수분 보유력을 상대적으로 비교하여 보았는데, 그 결과는 도 2와 같았다. 도 2는 대조군과 실험 제품들 간 피부 수분 함량 변화를 보여준다. 피시험자 10명의 평균 수분 함량 측정 결과, 도포 0~180분 동안 CONTROL보다 도포군이 평균적으로 높게 나왔고, 도포군 중에서는 GEL보다 본 발명의 CREAM이 더 높은 수분 함량을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 상기 젤리크림은,
디소듐이디티에이, 글리세린, 피이지-32, 카보머, 폴리소르베이트 80 , 부틸렌글라이콜, 트리에탄올아민을 정제수에 혼합하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수분크림.
