Description
The present invention relates to atmospheric nanoparticle measurement sensor. In more detail, the nanoparticles suspended in the air can be selectively sucked by size through the impactor module to measure the water concentration of the nanoparticles having a predetermined diameter or less according to the needs of the user, and by sucking the nanoparticles suspended in the air. By measuring the concentration of nanoparticles in a manner that detects the voltage change caused by the flow of nanoparticles charged with monopolar and monopolarly charged nanoparticles, it is possible to further improve the accuracy of the nanoparticle number concentration measurement, The present invention relates to an atmospheric nanoparticle measuring sensor that can be manufactured in a small size and compact size, and is widely used in a small laboratory due to its excellent portability.
일반적으로 반도체 공정이나 LCD 공정과 같은 나노 수준의 고도 정밀 공정은 작업 설비 내에 오염 입자가 발생하게 되면, 치명적인 제품 불량으로 이어질 수 있으므로, 고도의 청결 상태가 유지될 수 있도록 클린룸과 같은 청정 설비 내에서 공정이 진행되고 있으며 이러한 설비에서는 오염 입자에 대한 실시간 감시 또한 매우 엄격하게 이루어지고 있다.In general, nano-level high precision processes such as semiconductor processes and LCD processes can lead to fatal product defects if contaminants are generated in the work facility. Therefore, in a clean facility such as a clean room, a high level of cleanliness can be maintained. The process is underway and real-time monitoring of contaminated particles is also very strict at these facilities.
따라서, 이러한 설비에서는 설비 내의 오염 입자 측정을 위한 별도의 입자 측정 센서가 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 입자 측정 센서를 통해 실시간으로 설비 내의 특정 챔버에 대한 입자 분포 상태가 측정되고 있다.Therefore, a separate particle measuring sensor for measuring contaminant particles in the facility is used in such a facility, and the particle distribution state of a specific chamber in the facility is measured in real time through the particle measuring sensor.
이러한 입자 측정 센서는 임의의 측정 챔버 내의 입자의 분포 상태, 즉 입자의 크기 및 개수 등을 측정하는 것으로, 클린룸 설비 이외에도 대기 오염 입자의 분포 상태를 측정하거나 실험실 등에서 특정 입자의 분포 상태를 측정하기 위해 사용되는 등 매우 다양한 분야에 널리 사용되고 있다.The particle measuring sensor measures the distribution state of particles in an arbitrary measurement chamber, that is, the size and number of particles, and the like to measure the distribution state of air pollutant particles in addition to clean room equipment or to measure the distribution state of specific particles in a laboratory or the like. It is widely used in a variety of fields, such as used for.
In particular, recently, studies on nanoparticles as air pollutants have been actively conducted. Nanoparticles generate ultrafine particles through atmospheric chemical reactions in the atmosphere and generate ozone, which is a cause of secondary pollutants. In addition, the nano-particles emitted from automobiles contain a large amount of carcinogenic components, and they can accumulate deep in the alveoli or move to the brain without being trapped by the airways or mucous membranes when breathing, and thus threaten human health in various forms. Doing.
Therefore, it is widely used in environmental research by measuring the concentration of nanoparticles suspended in a specific space or air, but research on sensors that accurately measure the water concentration of nanoparticles, which are fine particles, has been incomplete. The nanoparticle measuring sensors have been developed in the form of large-scale and expensive equipments that have significantly reduced accuracy, and are not widely used due to their lack of portability.

The
Looking in more detail, the nanoparticles are present in a very unevenly charged state in the atmosphere, and enters the
하전부(300)는 이와 같이 불균등하게 하전된 나노 입자(P)들을 모두 하나의 단극으로 하전시키며, 이와 같이 단극으로 하전된 나노 입자들이 검출부(500)에서 검출될 수 있도록 구성된다.The
하전부(300)에 의해 나노 입자들이 모두 단극으로 하전되도록 하는 방식은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 확산 하전 방식이 적용되는데, 확산 하전 방식은 내부 공간에 이온(Q)을 발생 확산시킴으로써, 이온(Q)이 나노 입자들에 부착되도록 하는 방식이며, 이는 나노 입자에 대한 단극 하전에 매우 유리한 방식이다.In the method in which the nanoparticles are all charged to a single pole by the
The
2 illustrates the operation principle of the diffusion charging method, and as shown in FIG. 2, neutrally charged particles P3 flow into the mixing
이때, 이온(Q)은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 +극 이온, 즉 양이온으로 생성되는 것이 바람직하며, 이에 따라 입자는 +극으로 하전되고, 이와 같이 +극성의 단극 하전 입자(P1)가 믹싱 챔버(310)로부터 배출되어 검출부(500)로 유입된다. At this time, the ion (Q) is preferably generated as a positive electrode, that is, a cation, as shown in Figure 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and thus the particles are charged to the positive electrode, as described above The monopolar charged particles P1 are discharged from the mixing
In FIG. 2, only neutrally charged particles P3 are introduced into the mixing
한편, 하전부(300)와 검출부(500) 사이에는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 별도의 이온 제거부(400)가 구비되어 단극 하전 입자(P1)와 함께 믹싱 챔버(310)로부터 검출부(500)로 유입되는 이온(Q)을 포집하도록 구성되는 것이 바람직한데, 이에 대한 설명은 후술한다.Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a separate
검출부(500)는 하전부(300)에 의해 단극으로 하전된 나노 입자(P1)가 통과할 수 있도록 형성되며, 나노 입자(P1)가 통과하며 발생되는 전압 변화를 감지하여 나노 입자의 수 농도를 검출하도록 구성된다.The
As illustrated in FIG. 3, the
At this time, since the voltage change measured by the
As such, the
따라서, 검출부(500)의 검출 정확성을 더욱 향상하기 위해 전술한 바와 같이 하전부(300)와 검출부(500) 사이에는 하전부(300)에서 발생된 이온(Q)이 검출부(500)로 유입되지 않도록 별도의 이온 제거부(400)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.Therefore, in order to further improve the detection accuracy of the
As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
That is, a sufficient amount of ions Q are supplied and diffused from the
For example, when a positive polarity is supplied and diffused from the
At this time, the minute voltages generated in the two

The cross-sectional view schematically showing the internal structure for.
도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 임팩터 모듈(100)은 적어도 하나 이상의 포집 모듈(130)과, 포집 모듈(130)과 연통 결합되는 연결 블록(140)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있는데, 여기에서 설명하는 임팩터 모듈(100)은 예시적인 것으로 이와 달리 다양한 형태로 변경 가능하다.As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
포집 모듈(130)은 대기 중에 부유하는 나노 입자가 흡입되며 크기에 따라 선별되어 일정 직경 이하의 나노 입자만 통과하도록 형성되는데, 적어도 하나 이상 구비되며, 상하 방향으로 순차적으로 밀봉 결합되어 각각의 포집 모듈(130)이 나노 입자를 크기에 따라 포집하며 일정 직경 이하의 나노 입자만 통과할 수 있도록 형성된다. The collecting
Each
연결 블록(140)은 포집 모듈(130)과 연통되도록 포집 모듈(130)의 하단에 밀봉 결합되고, 일측에는 유입부(200)와 연결되도록 흡입 포트(141)가 형성된다.The
According to this structure, since the internal spaces of the
In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, particles having a relatively large diameter among the nanoparticles introduced through the
따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대기 나노 입자 측정 센서는 이러한 임팩터 모듈(100)을 통해 측정하고자 하는 특정 크기의 나노 입자에 대해서만 선별하여 나노 입자의 수 농도를 검출할 수 있다.

According to the structure described above, in the air particle measuring sensor according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the nanoparticles suspended in the air are selected by the
이때, 하전부(300)는 나노 입자의 단극 하전에 유리한 방식인 확산 하전 방식을 통해 나노 입자를 하전하도록 구성되며, 검출부(500)에는 확산 하전 방식의 하전부(300)에서 발생한 이온(Q)들이 유입되지 못하도록 하전부(300)와 검출부(500) 사이에는 별도의 이온 제거부(400)가 구비된다.At this time, the charging
