Description
The present invention relates to a natural dyeing method, and more particularly, to a natural dyeing method of fixing a natural dye using hot air at the same time printing.
Recently, the chemical dyeing process or the handling and handling process is not only harmful to the human body, but the environment in the process is important regardless of the harmfulness of the final product, such as waste water discharged from the dyeing process. In addition, the dye waste fluid is acting as a cause of water pollution, and azo dyes are a carcinogenic social problem. As such, environmental pollution and the destruction of ecosystems are already becoming an important key factor in living. Therefore, there is increasing interest in environmentally friendly natural dyes rather than synthetic dyes, and the eco-friendly tendency that blows up from all walks of life is the core requirement of consumers. It is emerging as a technology.
Such natural dyes can be classified into various colors, chemical structures, salt origins (animals, plants, minerals), mordant effects, etc. In the case of classification according to the mordant effect, monochromatic dyes and polychromatic dyes according to the color change. Sometimes classified as Monochromatic (homogenetic dyes) dyes are natural dyes that are dyed only in a single color because the chemical structure of the dye is not able to bind effectively with mordant, so it does not have a great effect of mortar and does not change color by mortar. For example, the yellow wall and gardenia belong to this category. Polygenetic dyes are a structure in which the chemical structure of the dye is easy to bind with a mordant. As the size of the dye increases due to the bonding therebetween, the solubility in water decreases, or the mordant increases the binding strength of the fiber and the dye. This increases, and also means a natural dye that changes the electron density in the dye due to the coordination bond between the mordant and the dye, and the various colors appear depending on the type of mordant, typically including chopped, joiner, gall bladder.
On the other hand, until now, the natural dyeing was mostly the dyeing method by craft dyeers. Recently, the powdering process of natural dyes has been applied to the printing technology has been tried to diversify the product. Natural dyes are generally vegetable dyes, and there are two methods of extracting pigments using hot water and organic solvents, but they are not commercialized due to difficulties in mechanization and mass production. Purity and pigment content fall slightly due to the additives added during the powdering process of the hot water extract, and pigment extraction by organic solvent is carried out by the process of concentration and interference prevention components such as lignin, which is salted in the extraction process. Inefficient In the process of making the salt solution, it is difficult to mix with water, and the dye due to alcohol and fat or oil is insoluble in the salt solution concentration process using the organic solvent, thereby inhibiting the dyeing. When printing with such a concentrate or a powder dye, there is a problem in that it is difficult to maintain a sharp line or a sharp boundary of the design due to difficulty in deterioration of dyeing and determination of the time of printing.
As shown in Figure 8, the conventional natural dye printing technology, there is a problem that the effectiveness is somewhat deteriorated as the pre-treatment necessarily requires a dip dyeing process. In addition, the color difference generation due to the different fastness performance for each color after dyeing through a multi-color dye has a problem that there is a limit to the use as a welfare material that requires a wide width. Therefore, the development of compatibility and printing conditions, printing conditions, fixing conditions and washing conditions of the dyes, mordants, dyes in the pre-treatment process, there is a need for the development of natural dyeing printing products that maintain the fixing process and multicolored color and sharp boundary at the same time.
The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above problems and meet the above demands, and to form a predetermined pattern by mixing a mordant, a paint, and a dyeing dye on a woven / knitted fabric, and then printing and simultaneously hot air on the printing plate.

In the dye preparation step (S110), in consideration of the characteristics of the natural dyes, the pigments are extracted by a separate method. The red rock is used after dissolving (pigmentation) in alkaline water, and the seedlings and cochineal are adjusted to pH 4.5 by adding persimmon vinegar and acetic acid, and then extracted with a bath. After fermentation for 6 months or more after the addition of enzyme, it is extracted into the bath.
The anato and pomegranate are used by pigmentation after dissolving alkaline water, and blue and green of blue, green series are used after concentration adjustment with a hot bath after dissolving alkaline water, brown, black (black) series of mirovoran is used after alkaline water dissolution (pigmentation), and the young and chestnut trees are extracted with alkaline water in alkaline water after soaking for 7 days.
At this time, when at least 3 degrees or more of the natural dye to form a predetermined pattern in the pre-treatment step (S120), the natural dye according to the dyeing characteristics of the natural dye in the dye preparation step (S110) so that there is no color change of the overlapping portion It is preferred to be selected. Detailed description of the dyeing characteristics and samples for each condition of the natural dye will be described later.
In the pre-treatment step (S120), the natural dye, mordant and foil prepared in the dye preparation step (S110) is mixed to form a predetermined pattern on the fabric / knitted fabric.
In the case of natural dyes of the red series, indala and main progeum are respectively mixed or mixed and the pigments pigmented at pH 3 to 4.5 are added, and in the case of the brown and black series of natural dyes, the main progeum The pigment is prepared after the pigment is pigmented at pH 3 to 4.5, and in the case of green and blue series, the alginate is pigmented after the pigment is pigmented at pH 7 to 10.
Coloring conditions in the pre-treatment step (S120) is a natural dye is prepared by mixing colors according to the color matching conditions between the selected color series of the desired product, and the vegetable dyes of the blue series such as gardenia blue, leather, spines, white wood, etc. It is colored using alone.
In the dye fixing step (S130), the natural dye is fixed according to the concentration of the natural dyes at the same time printing the fabric / knitted fabric having a predetermined pattern formed in the pretreatment step (S120) using a hot air on the printing plate.
At this time, the hot air process on the printing plate is preferably to provide and maintain a high temperature hot air stably in a range that does not damage the surface of the fabric / knitted fabric. In addition, after the design and drafting to improve the efficiency and sharpness in the printing of natural dyes, using the natural dyes of the mixing / coloration conditions. Particularly, in order to observe the overlapping effect, a printing type is used to make the pattern widely overlapped, and in the present embodiment, the natural dye is fixed by using a method of applying hot air instead of the fixing step on the printing plate in the general printing process.
In particular, in the dye fixing step, according to the type of natural dyes prepared in the dye preparation step, the natural dyes can be fixed immediately or after the fixing process at the same time and the same time in the printing, in another embodiment, 70% drying after the printing is made Ground natural dyes can also stick.
In addition, in another embodiment, after the day of the printing process for each salt material, after administering persimmon vinegar and fermentation broth can be given a first fading process to ensure a stable color effect, and the heat, humidity supply process by different salt materials You can also proceed.
In this case, the fading process refers to a process of applying the preparation for each color to the printing plate in a constant manner and then scraping and pushing the preparation at a constant pressure.
In the setting step (S140), heat is applied to the fabric / knit having a predetermined pattern completed in the dye fixing step (S130) at a predetermined temperature and atmospheric pressure for a predetermined time.
In particular, it is set for 30 minutes to 1 hour at the temperature of 70-100 degreeC and the atmospheric pressure of 0.5-1 kgf / cm <2> through a steaming apparatus.
On the other hand, although not described in the embodiment of the present invention, when the setting step (S140) is completed, a washing step (not shown) for washing the fabric / knitted fabric may be further included.
Since the washing step is a well-known technique, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Hereinafter, the experimental results according to the natural dyeing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In this experiment, the amount of dye according to the measurement of color was measured using the computer color matching system (Gretag Macbath 7000-A USA) and the reflectance of each wavelength was measured and the following Kubelka- Calculated according to the Munk equation.
Where R is the surface reflectance at the maximum absorption wavelength (0 <R <1), K is the extinction coefficient, and S is the scattering coefficient.
In addition, the L * , a * b * values were measured by the CIE Lab color difference equation using the computer color matching system, and classified by color series to secure color data.
In addition, in the experiment according to an embodiment of the present invention, the measurement of the light fastness was tested using the KS K ISO 105-B02 method as a test for confirming the degree of fading when actually using the dyed fiber products.
In addition, the wash fastness was tested according to the KS K ISO 105-C01 method as a method of measuring the resistance of the dye to the wash of the dyeing, sweat fastness is a test for measuring the effect of the sweat released from the human body on the dyeing It was measured by KS K ISO 105-D01 method.
