중량평균분자량이 6000인 폴리실라잔 8 중량%, 용제로 상기 표 1 에 기재된 자일렌 혼합용제 35 중량%, 상기 표 2 에 기재된 지방족 혼합용제 57 중량%를 혼합하여 코팅용액을 제조하였고, 제조된 코팅액 0.2 ml를 주사기를 이용하여 인조대리석 시편에 떨어뜨려 퍼지는 형태와 레벨링을 측정하여 그 결과를 아래 표 5 에 나타내었다. 레벨링을 측정하기 위해서 인조대리석 1 ㎡에 코팅액 20 ml를 천 코팅 방법에 의하여 실시하였다.

코팅지름(퍼지는 형태)은 상기 실시예 4 ~ 6 및 비교예 3 이 비교예 4 에 비하여 이 넓은 것으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 레벨링은 상기 실시예 5 ~ 6 은 매우 좋으며, 비교예 3 은 좋고, 실시예 4 와 비교예 4 는 보통이었다. 비교예 3 은 코팅지름이 넓고, 레벨링이 좋으나 지촉건조 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있어 인조대리석용 코팅액으로 부적합하다.

상기 실시예 6 의 코팅액을 인조대리석에 코팅하였고, 코팅 후 두께 분석 SEM 사진을 아래 도 1 에 도시하였다. 코팅 조건은 코팅 천을 이용하여 2 회 코팅하였으며, 재질은 PI(80 × 150 mm)이다. 아래 표 6 의 물성 시험규격에 의해 시험(시험기관:KTR 화학재료팀, KTR 정밀화학팀)후 그 결과를 아래 표 6 에 나타내었다.

상기 표 6 과 아래 도 1 에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명의 인조대리석용 코팅액은 경도와 광택도가 뛰어나며, 내충격성이 우수하며, 균일한 코팅이 가능하고, 절단면은 기존의 천연대리석보다 빈틈없이 조밀하게 코팅되었으며, 절단 후 몰딩에 의한 코팅막 탈착이 없어 부착성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.
