상기 상부수납부(20)를 포함하며, 몸체 내부에 수용공간을 갖고 전면으로 설치홀(31)이 형성되고, 후면으로 밧데리커버(32)가 성형된 케이스(30)와;
상기 케이스(30)의 전면 설치홀(31)에 결속되며, 몸체에 일정간격으로 통과홀(41)이 연속 성형된 반사부재(40)와;
상기 케이스(30)의 수용공간에 회로기판(51)과 전원부(52)가 설치되며, 케이스(30) 일측에 구비되는 조작스위치(53)의 동작으로 전기신호를 전달하는 제어부(50)와;
