투광성 수지재로서 원기둥 형태로 압출 형성되는 투광부(1)와;
투광부(1)의 내주면상에 일체로 형성되는 한쌍의 가이드레일(2)과;
'ㅅ'자 모양으로 꺽여지도록 형성되어 메탈기판이 장착될 수 있는 2개의 장착면(22)이 구비되고, 장착면(22)의 외측으로는 상기 가이드레일(2)에 안내되어 투광부(1) 내부로 끼워지는 날개부(21)가 형성되며, 저면부에 다수의 방열핀(23)이 돌출 형성되어 있는 히트싱크(20)와;
다수의 LED(13)가 장착된 상태로 히트싱크(20)의 장착면(22)에 각각 부착되는 메탈기판(24)과;
히트싱크(20)가 끼워진 투광부(1)의 양끝단에 끼워지며 전원공급용 단자(4)가 돌출되게 형성되어 있는 마감캡(3); 으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 형광등.
