The present invention relates to a filter cleaning device of an upflow filtration device, and more particularly, to wash foreign substances accumulated in a filter formed outside the sump of the upflow filter, and to spray the washing water of the spinal nozzle without disassembling the filter. It relates to a filter washing device of the upstream filtration device to be automatically washed through.
An apparatus for purifying wastewater generated at an industrial site within an allowable discharge standard, comprising: a sedimentation tank for spontaneously sedimenting and removing foreign substances contained in the wastewater; The flow control tank to be discharged, and the waste water discharged from the flow control tank is introduced, the neutralizing and coagulant is introduced into the introduced waste water to neutralize, aggregate the contaminants contained in the waste water, and the waste water treated in the neutralizing tank An upflow filter which is introduced and filtered through a pump, a treatment tank which is connected to the upflow filter and stores and reuses or discharges the purified water filtered by the upflow filter, and is connected to the upflow filter. A sludge storage tank for storing and treating sludge generated during filtration in a filter, and the sludge storage Utility Model No. 20-0396203 registered and filed by the applicant of the present invention is an upflow filtration device composed of a dehydrator for dehydrating water contained in the sludge stored in the tank to minimize and treat the volume of sludge. Registration) It is open to the wastewater treatment system.
In the treatment process of this upflow filter, foreign substances contained in the wastewater are removed by natural sedimentation in the sedimentation tank, and then sent to the neutralization coagulation tank, and neutralized and aggregated the foreign substances remaining in the wastewater by adding neutralizer and flocculant. The purified water is transferred to the treatment tank through the purified water conveying pipe while the foreign substances that are neutralized and agglomerated by the flow filter pass through the flotation filter.
However, the foreign matter that passed through the flotation filter without being filtered out of the flotation filter of the upflow filter was caught by the screen filter formed on the outside of the sump located at the side of the purification water outlet of the upflow filter.
However, the above process has many problems as follows.
First, foreign substances are accumulated in the screen filter of the sump of the upflow filter when the upflow filter is used for a long time, and the accumulated sludge is removed from the screen filter when the size of the sludge becomes larger and larger than the critical size. This sludge is then discharged with the purified water discharged.
Second, in order to prevent the sludge from being discharged together with the purified water, the screen filter is removed from the upstream filter periodically and washed after being periodically removed (from February to March), which is not only cumbersome but also requires a lot of time and labor. .
Third, to clean the screen filter, the upper coupling cover of the upflow filter is disassembled to separate the sump container, scrape the sludge with a brush, and spray water to clean and reassemble it. The fastening tool may be dropped by an upflow filter, and it may collide with the stirring blade located at the bottom of the upward filter, causing damage to the stirring blade, and a large metal mass such as a bolt or nut may block the sludge discharge pipe and discharge the sludge. Something disturbed me.

Figure 1a is a schematic view showing a conventional wastewater treatment apparatus, Figure 1b is a cross-sectional view showing an upstream filter of the conventional wastewater treatment apparatus, Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the sump of the present invention, Figure 3 Is a schematic diagram of a washing process of removing the debris by driving the sump washing apparatus of the present invention, Figure 4 is a spray model of the cleaning nozzle, Figure 5 is a flow chart of the washing control process of the present invention.
In the prior art Figure 1a, wastewater is introduced into the
As shown in FIG. 1B, a
If filtration is continuously performed in the
When the separation of the foreign matter in the
On the other hand, the sludge transferred to the
However, the wastewater treatment process has many problems as follows. The foreign matter passing through the

In addition, the method for controlling the screen filter cleaning device using the upflow filter, the upflow
