Due to the emergence of nanotechnology and the use of nanomaterials, various new researches are in full swing in the piezoelectric field. In general, piezoelectric nanodevices have the advantage that electrical energy can be generated in various ways by external stimuli, thereby enabling the implementation of self-driving systems.
Through constant research, domestic researchers have succeeded in implementing flexible nano devices. It is a piezoelectric piezoelectric element based on zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods [Advanced Materials, DOI 10., 1002 / adma. 803605]. Flexible nanodevices can be used for a wide range of applications, including new-style energy harvesting technologies such as self-charging Dutch screen players.
However, ITO films used for nano devices have limitations in terms of flexibility due to the characteristics of ceramic materials, and it is expected that a time when production will not be possible due to depletion of indium is expected to establish materials and technologies to replace them. .

제조예의 일예로서 ICPCVD(Inductively Coupled Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition)장치를 이용하여 니켈(120)이 증착된 SiO2/Si기판(100) 상에서 그라핀층(140)을 제조할 수 있다. For example, the

Referring to FIG. 8, the
Meanwhile, FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a method of applying pressure to the
Referring to FIG. 9, the pressure applying means 240 applies a vertical pressing force on the surface of the
FIG. 10 is an electron beam microscope (SEM) image when a surface of the
Referring to FIG. 10, when the surface of the
As described above, the

Referring to FIG. 12, the
13 is a voltage-current characteristic curve measured when the
Referring to FIG. 13, it can be seen that the current flowing between the two electrodes tends to decrease as the pressure is applied more and more, and according to Ohm's law, the current and the resistance are inversely related to each other. It can be seen that the resistance of 300 is increased.

Referring to FIG. 14, it can be seen that the degree of resistance to pressure is weaker than that of the
As described above, the strain gauge pressure in response to the minute pressure by using the characteristic that the resistance changes as the pressure is applied to the
