Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an implant abutment, and more particularly, to form a spiral margin on the outer circumferential surface of the abutment for mounting the crown, the abutment to the fixture (fixture) In the combined state, the spiral margin exposed to the upper surface of the gingiva can be easily cut and removed, so that the procedure of matching the top of the margin with the surface of the gum can be precisely and easily performed. It relates to an implant abutment to improve the aesthetics of the gum after.
In general, a dental implant is biocompatible with a jawbone that is bulky enough to be wrapped enough, through additional surgery, such as bone graft and bone elongation, to the jawbone at the site of a tooth defect or tooth extraction. It is a dental treatment that restores the function of natural teeth by planting the implant body.
Dental implantation was practiced in ancient times, and artificial teeth made of gold and ivory were used in the 16th and 17th centuries.In the early 20th century, metal implants made of gold, silver, lead, iridium, iron and cobalt alloys were used. Developed.
Subperiosteal and titanium blade implants have been developed and popularized since the 1940s, but have had short life spans and low success rates. Later, in 1982, after a 15-year study of osteoadhesive implants by Branemark of Sweden in Toronto, Canada, the success rate exceeded 90% and became popular worldwide.
Such an implant (implant) is originally meant to replace the restoration when the tissue of the human body is lost, but in the dentist refers to artificial tooth transplantation.
In other words, the implant is implanted into the alveolar bone from which natural teeth have been removed and affixed to the alveolar bone from which natural teeth have been removed. It is a cutting-edge procedure to fix the crown to restore the original function of natural teeth.
The dental implant consists of a fixture placed in the alveolar bone, an abutment fastened to the fixture, and a crown of actual tooth shape mounted on the abutment.
And a healing screw, a healing abutment called a healing screw and a healing abutment, for closing the screw hole formed inside the upper part of the fixture. There are a variety of accessory components such as abutment screws connecting the cements.
Here, the fixture (fixture) corresponding to the root is also known in the art as an artificial tooth, a carcass or a fixture, the abutment is also called abutment or abutment, the crown corresponding to the tooth is an artificial tooth, Crown, also called prosthesis.
Such implants include a threaded implant and a cylindrical implant according to the shape of the implant.
Threaded implants are currently the most preferred because they have a thread in the implant fixture, which increases the initial fixation force and the contact area with the bone, which is advantageous for implant stability and also for the distribution of occlusal loads.
Cylindrical implants gain stability at the surface of the implant fixture and also with retention resulting from structural differences in the jawbone and implant diameter.
On the other hand, implants are implants in the bone that implant the implants into the jawbone according to the position of implantation, implants in the mucosa that are not currently used in the form of button retention in soft tissues, and fixtures and abutments suitable for the jaw surface under the periosteum. Subperiosteal implants, which are composed of an implant, bone penetrating implants that penetrate the bone, and intramuscular implants that are fixed through the root canal after root canal treatment (neural treatment) of natural teeth.
In addition, according to the implantation time, there is an immediate extraction method for extraction immediately after extraction, a delayed immediate placement method for 6-10 weeks after extraction, and a late placement method for 3-6 months after extraction.
In addition, the implant has a one-time operation for simultaneously implanting the root of the implant, that is, the fixture and the upper tooth, that is, the abutment, and after implanting the fixture of the implant first, waiting for the abutment to the bone and then abutment There are two surgery methods to put.
As a conventional technique of a dental implant having a variety of types and methods of treatment such as 'tooth implant system' of the Republic of Korea Patent Office Patent No. 10-0419738 and 'Healing' of the Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-0677870 Abutments and dental implants having the same, and 'implants for flapless surgery or mini-flap surgery' of the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-0879777 has been disclosed.
Meanwhile, the general procedure of the most commonly used screw implants will be briefly described.
First, a partial anesthesia using an anesthetic syringe is applied to the gum area where the fixture is to be placed, and then a gingiva is cut to a length of 3 to 5 mm using a mass.
Then, the inlet gum is opened by opening the diameter of the fixture to determine the position where the fixture is to be placed and then drilled (drilling) to create a screw hole (screw hole) to be implanted in the alveolar bone.
Subsequently, after drilling several times until the size is correct for the fixture diameter, the fixture is screwed into the screw hole and placed in the alveolar bone. At this time, the upper surface of the fixture is parallel to the surface of the alveolar bone.
Here, according to the judgment of the operator, when the procedure is performed by a two-stage operation that completely covers the gum and sutures so that the fixture is invisible, the cover screw is completely embedded in the screw hole of the implantation part, and the upper surface of the cover screw Parallel to the surface and the planar portion of the mounting portion.
The first step of surgery is completed by suturing the inlet of the cut gum so that the fixture and the cover screw are embedded in the gum.
After the first stage of operation, the healing period for bone adhesion between the fixture and the alveolar bone needs at least 2 to 3 months for the lower jaw and at least 4 to 6 months for the upper jaw.
If the alveolar bone is weak at the place of implantation, it takes another one to two months, and bone transplantation usually requires a healing period of six to nine months.
Here, if it is determined that the healing is sufficiently performed after the implantation, the second stage surgery is performed.
Stage 2 surgery is usually performed by local anesthesia. After anesthesia, the gums are incised, the gums are opened to show the fixture, the satisfactory bone adhesion is checked, the cover screw is removed, and the healing cap for healing the gums is removed. cap or healing abutment and suture the gum.
After the gums heal, remove the healing cap or healing abutment, combine the abutments for crown mounting, proceed with the tooth modeling and crown pore process, and finally attach the crown to the abutment to complete the implant procedure. Will be done.
In the conventional procedure of the screw-type implant as described above, when combining the abutment for mounting the crown is performed to ensure that the upper end of the margin formed on the outer peripheral surface of the abutment coincides with the surface of the gum.
Here, the conventional technology of the implant abutment 'an implant abutment' of the Republic of Korea Patent Office Patent Registration No. 10-0970746 and the 'custom implant of the Korean Patent Office Publication No. 10-0898726 Butt structure, and 'Abutment for implants' of the Republic of Korea Patent Application Publication No. 10-2011-0096612 have been disclosed.
Here again, the configuration of the conventional abutment will be described first in order to explain a procedure in which the upper end of the abutment portion coincides with the surface of the gum.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In the
The healed
Here, if the upper surface of the
Here again, the thickness of the
As the thickness of the
For the procedure of cutting the
However, the procedure of cutting the
The present invention was devised to solve the problem of the procedure of cutting the margin of the conventional abutment for matching the top of the margin of the abutment and the surface of the gum, forming a spiral margin on the outer peripheral surface of the abutment In this case, the abutment is coupled to the fixture so that the spiral margin exposed to the upper surface of the gum can be easily cut and removed, so that the procedure of matching the top of the margin with the surface of the gum can be accurately and easily performed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new type of implant abutment that can improve the esthetics of the gums after the implant procedure.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징에 의하면, 본 발명은 치조골에 식립되는 픽스처의 상면에서 픽스처의 내측으로 삽입되는 제1 결합부와;According to a feature of the present invention for achieving the above object, the present invention includes a first coupling portion inserted into the fixture on the upper surface of the fixture to be placed in the alveolar bone;
제1 결합부의 상단에서 상측으로 연장되어 제1 결합부와 일체로 형성되고, 외주면에 잇몸이 접촉되는 마진부와;A margin part extending upward from an upper end of the first coupling part to be integrally formed with the first coupling part, and the gum contacting the outer circumferential surface thereof;
마진부의 상단에서 상측으로 연장되어 마진부와 일체로 형성되고, 외주면에 크라운이 결합되는 제2 결합부로 구성되며;An upper portion extending from an upper end of the margin portion to be integrally formed with the margin portion, and including a second coupling portion having a crown coupled to an outer circumferential surface thereof;
마진부는 제1 결합부의 상단에서 상측으로 갈수록 외주면의 직경이 커지도록 경사지게 형성되고, 외주면 상단의 직경이 제2 결합부의 하단 직경보다 크게 형성되는 제1 마진부와;A margin portion formed to be inclined so that the diameter of the outer circumferential surface becomes larger toward the upper side from the upper end of the first coupling portion, and the first margin portion having a diameter of the upper end of the outer circumferential surface larger than the lower diameter of the second coupling portion;
An abutment for an implant, comprising: a second margin portion extending upward from an upper end of the first margin portion to form a constant pitch along the outer circumferential surface of the second coupling portion, and protruding helically.
In such an implant abutment of the present invention, the implant abutment is characterized in that the length of the first margin is 1 mm to 3 mm as a problem solving means.
The length of the second margin is 1 mm to 4 mm, and the implant abutment is a problem solving means.
