립글로스 용기(1)의 상부 개구부(1a) 외주연에 고정 삽입되어 그 외주연에 수나사(11)가 형성된 뚜껑 연결부재(10)와; 상기 뚜껑 연결부재(10)의 수나사(11)와 나사 결합되고 그 내부에 솔대(21)가 고정 결합된 뚜껑(20)과; 상기 뚜껑 연결부재(10)의 내주연에 상부로부터 삽입된 상하부가 개구된 원기둥 형상의 원통관(30)과; 상기 솔대(21)의 외주연에 삽입되어 솔대(21)의 외주연에 묻은 화장품 액을 쓸어내림과 동시에 용기(1) 내의 압력을 외부로 배출시키는 원통형 와이퍼부재(40)를 포함하고; 상기 솔대(21)는 최하단에 도포팁(21a)이 있고, 도포팁(21a)의 상부에는 상기 원통형 와이퍼부재(40)가 솔대(21)로부터 완전히 이탈되지 않도록 역원뿔형 돌기(21b)가 형성되어 있는 립글로스의 와이핑 장치에 있어서,
