Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power supply regenerative converter device.
In the modern general industry, various starting methods are used to drive a motor. For example, numerous types of rotors, such as a direct drive method, a reactor start method, an SCR start method, a condorper start method, a winding type motor secondary resistance method, and the like, have been used.
In general, when looking at the power source of the factory, a squirrel-type motor is most used, and as a method of controlling this, a method of controlling by direct start and inverter control is adopted.
Here, the inverter control method controls the speed of the motor through voltage, current, and frequency control, and slows down the start (rotation) of the motor to turn faster and faster, thereby preventing mechanical stress and momentary overcurrent of the motor, and also as a power source of the factory. It is widely used to prevent the inrush current from rising momentarily (voltage, current).
Here, the inverter consumes current when the motor is accelerated (ACC), but when the motor is decelerated (DEC), the DC voltage generated when the motor is decelerated is DBU (DINAMIC BRAKE UNIT) and DBR (DINAMIC) which are additional devices of the inverter. BRAKE RESISTER) requires a separate DC-DC converter or DC-AC converter to release the voltage applied to the inverter by blowing it into the atmosphere and blow it out of the atmosphere as heat, or to recover the regenerated energy.
However, since such conventional DC-DC converters or DC-AC converters must be configured in plural numbers so as to correspond to one inverter, the cost is increased, and the required space is wasted to be plural. There was a problem that a large amount of cable and a lot of work maneuver was required.

The
For example, the
