구성의 특징으로는 모터(10)의 축(11)에 편심캠(12)을 장착하고 상기 편심캠(12)위에 발판(13)이 안착되는 다리운동기구(1)와, 진동모터(20) 및 발판(21)으로 구성된 졸음방지기구(2), 그리고 상기 모터(10)의 회전속도 및 전원의 제어, 연속진동, 간헐진동, 웨이브진동, 진동의 강약 등을 조절하는 콘트롤부(3)로 이루어진다.
위와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 운전 중 피로를 감소시키고 졸음을 예방할 수 있어 운전자의 체력유지를 도모함과 동시에 교통사고 등을 예방할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.
