In addition to solving the problem, without compromising the advantages of implementing the fine line width of the offset process, it has advantages in mass production, and also provides a revolutionary parallel offset printing apparatus in maintenance.
Description
The present invention relates to an offset printing apparatus.
Electrode pattern formation methods such as flat panel display devices such as PDPs and solar cells include a deposition method, a photolithography method, a printing method, etc. Among them, a printing method is a simple manufacturing facility and a process and excellent in mass production.
In general, as a method of printing on a printed object, various methods such as attaching a printed film to a printed object, silk screen printing, gravure printing, real-time printing, offset printing, and the like are used.
In such a printing method, offset printing uses a rubber or silicon blanket attached to the surface of a transfer roll to turn off ink on a pattern roll to set ink on a print object. set) prints a desired pattern, character, symbol, or the like on a print object.
The offset press according to the prior art will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a schematic diagram showing an offset printing machine according to the prior art. As shown in the drawing, the conventional
The
The
When the electrode pattern is formed by offset printing, the electrode applied to reduce the line resistance should be thick. Until now, the electrode of the desired thickness cannot be obtained by one offset printing. The aspect ratio is realized. For this reason, there is a problem in that mass productivity is inferior to that of silk screen printing.
As one way to solve the mass productivity problem of offset printing, the inventors considered the serial in-line method of FIG. The present method is to continuously print the pattern on the upper surface of the printing object such as solar cell using the offset method, it is divided into the printing object loading section and the printing section of the pattern on the printing object, specifically, the
In the serial inline method of the above configuration, it was expected that mass productivity equivalent to that of silkscreen could be obtained by continuously printing in an inline state by placing an offset printer in series as many times as required offset printing repetitions.
However, the serial inline method has proved to be not easy to commercialize. The biggest reason is the alignment problem of an electrode pattern. In the case of offset printing, the same pattern must be repeatedly printed several times, and thus, each offset printing machine of the serial inline method must transfer the pattern to the same position. To do this, first, the patterns formed on the pattern rolls of each offset press must match exactly. Second, the alignment of the pattern rolls must match exactly. Third, the serial inline array of each offset press must match both the x and y axes. Fourth, the timing of transferring the pattern to the print object must be exactly the same. Fifth, the position of the print object placed on the moving conveyor must be kept fixed at all times without moving during the conveyor movement or printing process.
The biggest reason for forming an electrode pattern by offset printing is that it is possible to realize a fine line width of 60 μm or less. If any of the electrode pattern alignment parameters are misaligned, it becomes difficult to realize fine line width, which is the biggest advantage of offset printing, and it is very difficult to precisely control all the variables without any separate precision alignment equipment or means. .
In addition, there is a problem that every alignment needs to be rechecked every time the blanket, which is a consumable, is replaced, which requires a lot of concessions in mass production.
In addition, if any one of the offset press is broken or has a problem there is a problem that the entire line is stopped until it is solved.

In addition, the printed object is a solar cell substrate, and provides an offset offset printing apparatus, characterized in that the electrode pattern is laminated several times in the offset printing machine.

The present invention also provides a parallel offset printing apparatus in which a plurality of offset printing machines are located in parallel with the side of the loading conveyor, and the object to be printed on the loading conveyor is supplied to the offset printing machine for printing. It provides a parallel offset printing apparatus characterized in that the assembly of the offset printing set to be assembled or detachable to the parallel offset printing apparatus.
The present invention having the above constitutive features not only solves the complicated and difficult pattern alignment problem at the source but also has advantages in mass production without compromising the advantages of implementing the fine line width of the offset process, and also provides a significant offset in maintenance. A printing apparatus can be provided.
In detail, by connecting a plurality of offset presses in parallel in an inline process, an excessive increase in tact time and a decrease in mass productivity due to several stacking printings, which is a disadvantage of an offset press, may be offset.
In addition, since the offset presses are independently connected in parallel and one printed object is laminated and finished several times in one offset press, the alignment problem according to the serial connection described above can be solved.
In addition, because of the parallel connection, if one offset press fails or an error does not affect the other offset presses, there is no overall interruption of the production line. This can be likened that in an electrical circuit, the disconnection of the series connection interrupts the current flow of the entire circuit, while in parallel connection some disconnection does not interrupt the current flow of the entire circuit.
In addition, replacement of the blanket, maintenance of the offset press, and the like need to be made separately during operation of the production line, which is also remarkable in maintenance.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. The following descriptions are for specific examples of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the rights set forth in the claims, even if there is an assertive or limited expression.

The parallel offset printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention offsets an excessive increase in tact time and a decrease in mass productivity due to the multi-layer printing, which is a disadvantage of an offset printing machine, by connecting a plurality of offset
The
The
A plurality of offset
5A and 5B, a plurality of print objects 11 may be supplied to the offset
The offset
The print
Meanwhile, the print

The finished printed product on the unloading
As a result of forming an electrode pattern on a substrate by repeating offset printing five times with a parallel offset printing apparatus, which is an example of the present invention shown in FIG. 3, the printed finished product's tack time is within 5 sec / EA, preferably about Within 3.5 sec / EA, a significant improvement was obtained compared to 35 sec / EA when printing with a conventional offset printing apparatus, and proved to have sufficient mass productivity.
The printed object may be a PDP panel substrate for forming an electrode, and in particular, may be a solar cell substrate. In the case of a solar cell substrate, the parallel offset printing apparatus of the present invention may be preferably used to form a fine pattern of a finger electrode and / or busbar electrode on the front surface.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a structural feature of the present invention. Even if any one of the plurality of offset printers 10 (dotted square boxes) is stopped or an error occurs, the other offset
In addition, the blanket used in the offset
7 is a parallel offset printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a plurality of offset
This prefabricated parallel offset printing device provides the user with optimal customized process conditions. The number of laminated prints is considered in consideration of the type of object to be printed, the type of electrode, the required electrical characteristics of the electrode, and the aspect ratio of the electrode, and the user offsets in consideration of the calculated number of stacked prints, equipment space, and desired tact time. You can determine how many print sets you want to take, and you can assemble and configure the offset print sets accordingly.
In addition, even after installation, it is possible to assemble or subtract the offset printing set according to the change of the process conditions, so that it is easy to adapt to the diversification of the external environment.
In particular, it is progressive in that maintenance can be performed without interruption of the process by simply replacing the offset print set that is required for inspection and maintenance with an extra offset print set.
