지주관(4)의 하단에 핸들(51)에 의해 승강하면서 통수구(23)와 퇴수공(15)을 반대로 개폐시키는 밸브가 내장 설치된 밸브하우징(1)이 구비되고, 지주관(4) 상단에는 상기 밸브를 개폐시키는 핸들(51)이 관통 설치됨과 동시에 일 측에 수도밸브(52)를 설치한 지지하우징(5)이 구비되며, 지지하우징(5)과 지주관(4) 사이에 고정캡(31)이 장착된 부동급수전(N)에 있어서,
상기 밸브하우징(1)의 체결부(11)는 길게 형성하여 나사부(12) 상측으로 오링(14)이 장착되는 다수의 오링홈(13)을 더 형성하고,
상기 체결부(11)와 보호관(3)이 결합되는 안착구(2)를 구비하되,
상기 안착구(2)는 중앙 내부에 암나사부(21)와 밀폐부(22) 및 단차진 통수구(23)를 가짐과 동시에 외주면 하부에는 수도배관(6)에 체결되는 수나사부(24)를 가진 안착관(2a)과,
외주면에는 보호관(3)의 조립을 위한 안착턱(25) 및 삽입관(26), 그리고 상기 안착관(2a)과 삽입관(26) 사이의 홈(27)에 다수 형성한 제2 퇴수공(28)을 가진 안착부(2b)로 이루어지며,
상기 안착구(2)에 보호관(3)과 안착구(2)를 결합 고정시킨 상태에서 안착관(2a)에 부동급수전(N)의 하단 체결부(11)를 분해 조립할 수 있게 하여, 부동급수전이 땅에 매립 설치된 상태에서 수리 또는 교체하고자 할 때 지면을 굴토 및 복토할 필요 없이 손쉽게 교체할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 부동급수전의 교체구조.
