Abstract
선박의 사고나 노후로 인해서 생기는 수면 아래 파공 부위에서의 침수나 단일선체 유조선의 내측으로부터 새어나오는 원유에 긴급하게 응급처치를 할 수 있는 응급처리 킷의 사용으로 신속하게 방수작업을 하여 선박의 안전을 확보하고 대형유류오염사고를 대비한다.
