Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a reverse pattern continuous pattern transfer apparatus and method using a roll stamp. More specifically, a thin resist film is formed on a wafer using spin coating, and a roll stamp is contacted to rotate to roll a portion of the resist. The reverse pattern printing apparatus and method of reverse imprint method using a roll stamp to transfer the resist to the flexible substrate by rotating the roll stamp to contact with the flexible substrate, and then harden while rotating the roll stamp again in contact with the flexible substrate. It is about.
In general, nanoimprint lithography technology is used to form micro or nanometer patterns. The characteristics of the nanoimprint lithography technique are to contact and press a patterned stamp on a resist-coated substrate, and then harden the resist by heating or ultraviolet irradiation and simultaneously transfer the pattern of the stamp to the resist. In recent years, the use of a stamp in the form of a roll to transfer the pattern to the flexible substrate is increasing, which can be transferred to the flexible substrate relatively quickly and inexpensively by inducing continuous line contact.
When the UV-curable resist is used in the pattern transfer method of the flexible substrate using the roll stamp mentioned above, the resist should be applied to the flexible substrate. Generally, in the case of a flat substrate such as a wafer, the resist is applied by spin coating. Because of the coating, relatively thin and uniform coating of about 100 nanometers is possible, but such a spin coating method has a problem in that it cannot be applied to a flexible substrate because the substrate must be rotated.
Therefore, the resist coating for the flexible substrate is used by various methods such as spray coating, inkjet coating, slit coating, roll coating, gravure coating, but in all cases, the coating having a resist thickness of about several micrometers is achieved. Therefore, it is difficult to perform thin coating such as spin coating.

In step S40, the
In step S50, the
