상기 '숯이나 자갈, 유리, 잘게 썬 나무, 곡물을 혼합하기도 한다'는 의미는 각기 사람의 기호와 체질에 맞게 다양한 종류를 선택적으로 충전하거나 혼합해서 난로의 본체 내부에 충전하는 것을 의미하는 것으로서, 학자마다 각기 다른 주장을 하므로 그리고 사람마다 호 불호가 다르기 때문에 융통성 있는 충전방법이면서도 손쉽게 구할 수 있는 종류로 난로 내부에 충전한다는 의미가 포함된다. 그리고 숯이나 자갈의 유익한 점은 잘 알려져 있으나 잘게 썬 나무나 곡물은 그 유익성을 간과하고 있다. 특히 본 발명의 상기 '나무'라는 단어의 의미는 사전적인 의미로서 나무의 뿌리와 줄기와 껍질과 수간과 잎과 열매와 꽃과 그리고 나무의 뿌리에 기생하는 혹 - 예를 하나 들자면, 소나무의 뿌리에서 자라는 혹인 복령 - 을 포함하고, 특히 향기나는 유칼립투스, 레몬버베나, 체리세이지, 파인애플세이지, 시계초, 로즈마리와 같은 허브나무와 자작나무와 단풍나무와 향나무와 측백나무와 라일락과 같이 향기가 많이 발산되는 나무이고 또는 구상나무, 헛개나무, 뽕나무, 칡(갈근), 가시오갈피, 계수나무, 편백나무와 싱싱한 솔잎이나 전나무 잎도 나무의 범주에 포함된다. 그리고 나무 중에서 한국에서 자생하는 효과적인 나무는 소나무, 적송, 해송, 편백나무, 전나무, 백리향, 월귤, 암매, 시로미, 쥐똥나무, 복숭아, 생강나무, 무화과, 산수유, 산수국, 복숭아, 사과, 밀감, 포도 등이 있다고 한다. 그리고 상기 나무들이 더 많은 향기를 발산시키려면 잘게 썰어야 한다. 그리고 상기 '곡물'은 개인의 기호에 맞는 곡물 냄새를 맡는 것(향기요법)을 의미하고, 특히 식용의 곡물이 물기 많은 흙과 섞여서 공기 중에 수증기를 발산하는 효과가 있다. 사람이 식용할 수 있는 재료의 수증기를 피부에 접촉시키는 것은 가장 부작용이 적은 스팀요법일 것이다. 그리고 상기 '곡물'은 사전의 의미로서 식물의 열매를 식용 또는 사료용으로 이용하기 위해 재배하는 식용식물을 의미한다. 상기 곡물 중 좁은 의미는 쌀, 보리, 밀, 호밀, 귀리 그리고 조, 옥수수, 기장, 피, 메밀, 율무 등이고, 넓은 의미로는 식용식물의 뿌리, 줄기, 잎, 열매, 껍질을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 상기의 충전물은 등가물로 충전할 수 있고 상기 충전물로 한정하는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 본체 다리를 낮게 하면 낮은 난로로 사용이 가능하고 높게 하면 높은 난로로서 책상 대용으로 사용할 수 있고 본 발명 난로를 여러개 좌우로 붙이면 겨울 철 따뜻한 간이 침대로서 사용할 수 있다(본 발명 다른 실시 예).
본 발명 진흙넣은난로는 난로 내부에 흙을 넣은 후 상부는 뚜껑을 닫고 앞 뒤 좌 우의 천공된 구멍도 뚜껑을 닫아서 흙이 밖으로 나오지 못하도록 밀폐시키는 구조이고 난로 내부의 흙 냄새를 실내 공기 중에 전파되도록 뚜껑을 나무나 금속이나 유리 판재나 플라스틱판재나 돌 판재로 제작하지만 뚜껑 판재에 다수의 구멍을 천공하게 된다. 그렇지만, 상부의 뚜껑은 구멍을 천공하지 않고 사용하기도 한다.(본 발명 또 다른 실시 예)
뚜껑 판재의 구멍으로 흙가루가 새어나오지 못하도록 금속망에 섬유 천을 부착한 후 뚜껑판재에 부착하게 된다. 이때 부착하는 수단은 접착제를 사용하기도 하고 가는 못으로 부착하기도 하고 나사못으로 부착하게 된다. 뚜껑은 난로 본체에 볼트나 나사못으로 고정할 수 있고 회전 구(경첩)를 달아서 여닫이 문처럼 고정하기도 한다.
상기 '난로 내부의 흙 냄새를 실내 공기 중에 전파되도록'이란 의미는 본 발명 난로 내부의 상기 내용물이 전열선에 의해서 가열된 후 발생하는 수증기와 냄새가 공기 중에 전파된다는 의미이므로 찜질요법이 가능하다는 의미이고 상승 된 부수적인 효과가 있다.
상기 '뚜껑을 나무나 금속이나 유리 판재나 플라스틱판재나 돌 판재로 제작하지만 뚜껑 판재에 다수의 구멍을 천공하게 된다'의 의미는 뚜껑을 나무나 금속이나 유리 판재나 플라스틱판재나 돌 판재로 제작한 후 다수의 구멍을 천공한 다음 본 발명 난로 상부의 큰 구멍에 삽입하고 상기 뚜껑 위에 올라가서 일을 하거나 잠을 자면, 돌침대나 나무침대나 플라스틱침대나 유리침대나 금속침대의 기능을 할 수 있는 구성과 방법이다. 그러므로 뚜껑을 다른 재질로 교환해도 상기의 다양한 침대로 변하게 되는 효과가 있다. 그리고 본 발명은 돌침대의 기능도 있지만 열선의 열기가 흙을 통과한 후 전자파가 줄어든 상태에서 돌 판재 뚜껑을 통과해서 신체에 닿는 방법과 구성이므로 전자파를 줄인 전통적인 온돌의 효과도 있다.
