Claims (4)
- C : 0.15 내지 0.75%(「질량%」의 의미. 이하 동일),Si : 0.1 내지 0.6%,Mn : 0.3 내지 1.4%,Ni : 0.1 내지 2%,Cr : 1 내지 2.5%,Mo : 0.1 내지 0.5%,V : 0.01 내지 0.20%,Al : 0.015 내지 0.04%를 함유하고,Ti : 0.003% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않는다),S : 0.0006% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않는다),N : 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않는다),O : 0.002% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않는다)을 만족하고,잔량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 강괴를 열간 단조하여 얻어진 기둥 형상의 단조품이며,단조품의 축 방향에 수직한 단면의 축 위치에서 관찰되는 긴 직경이 5㎛를 초과하는 개재물의 밀도(DO)가 70개/㎠ 이하이며, 또한단조품의 반경을 R로 했을 때에 축 위치로부터 반경 방향을 향하여 R/3 위치에서 관찰되는 긴 직경이 5㎛를 초과하는 개재물의 밀도(DR)와 상기 밀도(DO)의 비가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조품.<수학식 1>
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단조품은 원기둥 형상이며, 상기 단조품의 양단부면에 있어서 상기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것인, 단조품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 단조품으로부터 제조되는, 크랭크축.
- 제3항에 있어서, 축 직경이 200㎜ 이상이며, 발전용 또는 선박용의 디젤 기관에 사용되는, 크랭크축.
