Description
The present invention relates to a standby power cut-off device, and in particular, a part for supplying power to an internal circuit of the breaker is disposed at the rear end of the switch, when the switch is turned off and the power is cut off, the power is consumed in the breaker itself together with the standby power of the external electric device. The present invention relates to a standby power cut-off device capable of reducing unnecessary power consumption by cutting off power at the same time.
Generally, even if a computer or home appliance is not in use, if a plug is plugged into a wall outlet or a power strip and the power is connected, a certain amount of standby power is consumed, which causes waste of power and risk of fire. have. Here, standby power refers to power consumed when a device is connected to an external power source and does not perform the main function of the corresponding device or waits for an internal or external ON signal.
When you do not use electrical equipment, you have to disconnect the power cord, but many people do not, so the standby power of the product continues to flow, which is unnecessary power consumption nationally and personally. According to the Korea Energy Management Corporation in 2004, the average standby power of 300 million units of electronic devices used in Korea is 3.6W, and 300 million units consume 1 million watts of electricity without doing anything.
In particular, with the increase of electronic products equipped with a display device which is operated by a remote control and informs the operation status, standby power consumption is also increasing. In copiers and video recorders, 80% of total power is estimated to be standby. VCRs, TVs, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and cell phone chargers are more power-hungry products that are plugged into a power source but do not perform their functions, rather than the device's inherent role.
In order to solve the standby power problem, a standby power cut-off device that detects a standby state of a standby home appliance and cuts off the standby power by short-circuiting power without performing a natural function is widely developed.
However, the conventional standby power cutoff device has a problem that can block the standby power of the external electrical devices, but does not block the power consumption inside the standby power cutoff device. That is, the conventional standby power cutoff devices are configured to continuously supply power to internal circuit elements for controlling whether the standby power is cut off, and thus cut off only standby power of external electric devices, and the cutoff device itself Since it is consuming power, there is a limit to reducing unnecessary power consumption.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a standby power cutoff device capable of reducing unnecessary power consumption by cutting off power consumed by the standby power of an external electric device and the inside of the breaker at the same time. have.
In addition, it provides a standby power cut-off device that can prevent the occurrence of fire in advance and to prevent the short circuit to be applied to the human body by detecting the abnormality in the product to use and automatically cut off the power.

According to the standby power cut-off device of the present invention, by placing a part for supplying power to the circuit breaker internal circuit to the rear end of the switch, when the switch is off and the power is cut off, the standby power of the external electrical device and the power consumed in the breaker itself at the same time As a result, unnecessary power consumption can be reduced as much as possible.

1, the standby power cut-off
The
The
The
2 is a basic block diagram of a standby power cut-off device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the standby power cut-off
무접점 전자스위치는 전력용반도체(Thyristor)인 트라이악 또는 SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier), TR(트랜지스터) 등을 포함한다.The
The
In addition, the
The internal

3 is a detailed configuration diagram of a standby power cut-off device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, the standby
The
The
The
For example, if it is determined that the signal
The earth leakage and overload
The earth leakage and overload
4 is a flowchart illustrating an operation of a standby power cutoff device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 4, the operation of the standby
Next, the control circuit is operated by the internal power supply to turn on the power switch (S30). The internal
Next, the current signal flowing through the wire for supplying the power current is sensed (S40). The
In operation S50, it is determined whether the detected current signal has a larger magnitude than the standby power reference value. If the magnitude of the current signal is greater than or equal to the standby power reference value in step S50, the power switch is turned on or kept in an ON state (S60). That is, if the current supplied is equal to or higher than the standby power reference value, it is determined that the electric device is not in the off state or the standby state, and the
Then, the lamp is turned on (S70). In the power supply state, it is preferable to emit the light emitting diode of the
(S90). When the magnitude of the current signal is less than the standby power reference value in step S50, the controller waits for a predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds) to be kept below the standby power reference value (S80). After a certain time, turn off the power switch (S90).
When the off state or standby state of the external electric device is maintained for a predetermined time, the
If a case where the magnitude of the current signal is greater than the standby power reference value occurs within a predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds), an external electric device is used, and the process returns to step S40 and the process is repeated.
That is, when the current supplied to the
In addition, when the
