Description
Claims (16)
- 마주하는 한 쌍의 제1측면부와 상기 제1측면부의 단부와 연결되며 마주하는 한 쌍의 제2측면부 및 상기 제1측면부와 제2측면부가 연결된 둘레와 연결되며 마주하는 한 쌍의 평면부를 구비하는 베어셀;상기 베어셀과 전기적으로 연결되는 보호회로 모듈; 및상기 베어셀과 상기 보호회로 모듈 사이에 설치되며, 상기 베어셀의 평면부 측으로 연장되며 마주하는 적어도 한 쌍의 리브를 구비하는 내부프레임;을 포함하되,상기 리브는 상기 베어셀의 평면부 측으로 3㎜ 내지 10㎜의 길이만큼 연장되어 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 제2측면부 중 일 측면부에는 전극단자가 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부프레임은 상기 베어셀의 제1측면부 중 일 측면부에 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부프레임은 상기 베어셀의 한 쌍의 제1측면부 중 일 측면부 및 한 쌍의 제2측면부에 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부프레임은 PC(Polycarbonate), PETG(Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), PE(PolyEthylene), PP(PolyPropylene), 및 ABS(Acronitrile-Butadiene-Styren)으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 형성된 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부프레임과 상기 보호회로 모듈은 용접에 의해 부착되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부프레임과 상기 보호회로 모듈은 절연테이프에 의해 부착되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베어셀, 보호회로 모듈 및 내부프레임을 수용하며, 상기 베어셀의 한 쌍의 평면부가 노출되도록 형성된 외부프레임을 더 포함하는 배터리 팩.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 베어셀의 제1측면부와 맞닿는 상기 내부프레임에는 상기 베어셀의 평면부와 수직되는 적어도 하나의 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 돌출부에 대응하는 위치의 상기 외부프레임에 홀이 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 베어셀 및 상기 외부프레임의 외측을 감싸는 테이핑 부재를 더 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 외부프레임은 PC(Polycarbonate), PETG(Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), PE(PolyEthylene), PP(PolyPropylene), 및 ABS(Acronitrile-Butadiene-Styren)으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 형성된 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 외부프레임은 상부 외부프레임과 하부 외부프레임이 각각 별도로 구비되어 상호 결합에 의해 형성되는 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 외부프레임은 일체형으로 형성되는 배터리 팩.
